    B Model

    The paint`ll buff out.....or not.
  3. Excellent all around...tune,performance and recording.Do you do that for a living?
  4. I didn`t know that S/P switches were ever used in gas engines. As for electrical, are the breaker panel contacts corroded or oxidized?
  5. Gregg Hoffman from Bangor? He hauled my B model up from DE,great guy and a total pro.Has a beautiful MH,don`t think he`s posted on here in quite a while.
  6. Was there a dog house for the engine,like on a B67?
  7. Someone pays you to clean their gun???
  8. If you`re planning to run at highway speeds, the rearend ratio,as mated to the gas engine might be too high(numerically).
  9. You sure did,-6 last night in Washington,NJ.
  10. I think the turn signal box was mounted on the dash to the left of the gauge cluster.
  11. Ok,thanks.A lot going on w/ injection pumps.
  12. What does that mean?
  13. What`s the easiest way to get lube into the cylinders?
  14. I thought they were just building cabs in Macungie,to be put on Volvo chassis somewhere else.Nice truck ya got there.
  15. 673 turbo,triplex,single axle tractor,Goodyear/Michelin tires,Dayton rims,decent red paint,red interior.Has a blockage between filter and oil cooler,either the hose is clogged or the filter outlet.Hoses are new,canister was cleaned,new elements installed.I`m done crawling underneath it in my back yard.Ran good,probably excessive blowby.Very minimal rust.I have $23k invested,will sell for $18k.Located in Washington,NJ,can`t post pics.908-619-1793
  16. Here`s hoping that Cher and any other celebrity airheads that threatened to leave the country if Trump won will keep their word.
  17. I didn`t drain the crankcase, just removed the filters and replaced oil hoses.
  18. Can an oil line to the filter ever need to be primed? The filter is a Luberfiner 272-c.It has inlet and outlet check valves.I had the canister out, hoses disconnected for a couple of months,so when I installed it and filled it with oil,the check valves would have been closed, and any air in the hoses would be there when I started the engine. This is a second filter,it appears it`s job is to filter oil going to the turbo.
  19. Unfortunately, that can`t happen on my watch.I`m far from being a mechanic, and the code readers around me aren`t interested.Guys who know these trucks have passed or are too old to care.
  20. No pressure after a minute and 20 secs.So I`ve run the engine for a total of 2 1/2 minutes with no oil to the turbo.
  21. Oil spurted out of the big filter when I opened the vent and cranked the starter, but no oil going to the turbo feed line, and therefore none to the gauge. If anyone in northwest NJ is interested in a pretty nice single axle B61,I`m ready to move on.
  22. I changed filter cartridges and oil lines on the two canister filters on my ENDT 673 engine.I filled both filters with oil. That was six weeks ago. Finally started it,and after 30 seconds of idling, zero oil pressure, according to the gauge.I would always get 60 psi showing within 5 sec.The dash gauge appears to be fed from a line going to the turbo. Is there a way to positively check that I have or don`t have pressure in the engine? Thanks.
  23. I`d put a test light between a battery post and cable to see if there`s a current draw when parked.
  24. Is all that from collisions? Fiberglass doesn`t rot, does it?
  25. I don`t have a primer on the lift pump.
