It a sign of Respect and National Pride plus the are strict rules for the display, uses and disposal of the flag. Many died or like myself came home severely wounded for God, Country and the the flag and any piece of crap who desecrates , wears it or supports the burning or other abuses of it should be punished for breaking the law and for the lack of respect to the Flag, the Nation and it Active duty and Veterans. No excuses or BS about their right to self expression, it is just liberal, hippy bullshit and hiding behind their view of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That fit with spitting on us when we did our duty. .NOT one of them put on a uniform or did any thing to support the country (Peace Corps or other services) that gives them freedoms. Hate the country and flag? Leave, we won't miss you. Burn it in front of me and it will be the last time you do it. Paul http://www.senate.gov/reference/resources/pdf/RL30243.pdf

I do not see how they could get approval as there are specific Federal rules on treatment, display and destroying the flag.

THe a holes burning the flags at the RNC are the American Communist Revolutionary Party who advocate over throwing the government and creating the North American Socialist Free (?) State. Apparently Ohio, the Democrats and Hillary recognise them. The push open war against the U.S.A. and have support from Mexico, Cuba and Argentina.
  5. All I see could be an extra piece of trim. Paul
  6. But remember the Wildcat was a mid 1930's design for the replacement for the F3-F and up to than we had no real knowledge of the Zero. Hellcat wasn't the Zero's equal and the basic theory by Leroy Grumman was the ability to increase the air wing with in the existing carriers until the second generation long deck Essex class were on line and the ability for cargo ships to increase the amount shipped. The Fury, Sea Fury, Bearcat and the Skyraider were to late for combat operations in WWII. Paul
  7. Corsair was used along with the WWII T-28B, A26, P-61, C-47, C-46, C-119, a few P-47 (D?), DeHavilland C-7B ,by our clandestine CIA Air Force in Udorn Royal Thai Air Base. Thai markings with U.S. pilots and ground crews. The thing most interesting on the P-47 is it was built in an upper and lower half and assembled after the Turbo-Supercharger assembly filled the lower fuselage.
  8. It IS one of the most pleasing and well thought out conversions I've seen. I believe the owner is a member here too. Paul
  9. Whistling Death and the Jug are both at the top with the Hellcat a close second by it's ability to take severe damage and most times get home. Paul
  10. Think of the everyday things we use today that came from WWII Tech. Surgical procedures from wound treatment to transplants and drugs. Jets and high speed flight. Rockets and Space travel, Space Shuttle included. Computer, Television, Radio, Sonar and Radar advances.Stealth technology, Food preservation. Atomic energy. Naval advances in everything from fabrication to design. Women accepted in to the work force. Even your PDF uses WWII based technology. Pretty amazing when you really think of it. Paul
  11. I fear Hillary is a shoe in because all the votes needed are already bought and paid for. Now with that said, no matter who wins, the crap will hit the fan either by her executive orders, revenge on her opposition or by "her" people rioting because Trump wins. One way or the other best to be prepared for the civil unrest that is sure to come. Paul

  13. So it is the perfect platform for the F-35 Joint Fighter that doesn't work well either. Paul
  14. BUDD built the Ford 'C' cabs, but sold the raw stampings to MACK. MACK added their own floor stamping, dash and a few other things and assembled the N cab entirely them selves. . . no FoMoCo involved at all. Paul
  15. Our longest is in North Dakota, Highway 46 from Hickerson to Streeter, is supposedly the straightest of them all -- plumb line straight -- the longest straight road in America. It stretches across 129 miles of north Dakota prairie from Hwy 30 in the west to a nameless county blacktop just past I-29 in the east. Route 10 in Saudi Arabia is dead straight for 165 miles

Hillary's American Communist revolutionary Party.... http://revcom.us/ If you see this at the Democratic convention, it will be paid for by Democrats to make Trump and the Republicans look bad.

  18. "Starting in 1997, the companies set the factory price of trucks and coordinated the timing and the passing-on of costs for new emissions technologies, the EU said. They didn’t avoid or manipulate compliance with pollution standards. (Like VW did who alerted the EU) Huge fines for cartels are the Brussels-based commission’s ultimate weapon to punish companies that cheat by fixing prices. The regulator -- which is still probing banks over foreign-exchange manipulation -- doled out massive penalties in 2013 for companies accused of rigging benchmark interest rates. The settlement includes a 10 percent reduction for promising not to challenge the EU in the courts, on top of other discounts for cooperating with regulators." Passing on the cost of new emission technologies is one of their crimes? I don't see any manufacturer eating compliance costs. 10% reduction and other discounts too? What a deal.
  19. They mostly seem to have military experience by their actions. I would be more worried about the pair in the 3rd photo than the others now where were all the photos of the NBP and BLM armed groups? Saw a few images of them on BBC. Paul
  20. A bit Interesting that of the 13 arrested only one is Black.
  21. Aside from the paint it looks very solid, good deal I'd say. Paul
  22. Needs to be tried for Treason, Aid and Comfort to the Enemy and shot.
  23. Laid off workers, lower wages/benefits, increased costs of trucks and parts. I'm sure the EU Regulators will use the windfall wisely just like our politicians would. . . Paul
