There are retro fit LED replacements for those bulbs I put them in my Marmon. Got them at O Reily about $4.00 each. BA9 I think was the number.

There was near me a pretty clean and complete, 1930 Model A Ford 5 window, had a V-8 60 in it installed in the early 1950's. The owner used it in high school. I used to stop a few times a year to ask about buying it for better part of 10 years or so. Always got the line that him and his grandson were going to fix it up. One day it was gone. Saw the gentleman out side and asked if it was being fixed up. He said he gave it top a local scrapper, "no one wanted the old car anyhow" People are odd letting go of their prizes.

My 1988 Dodge Ram was a basic work truck,no frills just vinyl and rubber interior. Options were a N.P. heavy duty manual trans with creeper low and PTO, heavy duty cooling and charging systems,twin fuel tanks and stainless steel exhaust. Basic radio,PS, PB no AC or power windows...a basic work truck. Looked for a new basic replacement for 5 years and never could find one.No manufacturer makes a basic truck. With the move to Va.
