  1. Very good info. I have some other Orville photos I can post here if you would like me too. Paul
  2. Any idea on how much monies??
  3. May be a dopey question, but is there power to the switch and does it transfer to other terminals when you turn on the switch? If there is than check continuity from the wire at the switch to the end in the sleeper and from the switch to where the wire disappears at the dash. Could be simple as a dirty or un plugged connector.
  4. Here is a photo of their grape wine bottle fly samich ummmmmmmmm ummmmmmm. Recommended by Boxcar Biden and Hitmaam Hillary
  5. Is the fan switch multi speed? low medium high? If so the low and medium speed settings limit power to the fan. Paul
  6. Might be off but with a quick look it looks at my mixer like it comes out from the bottom. What is leaking, gasket or pitman arm seal? You may be able to do the pitman arm seal with out full removing the box.
  7. Is that the Obama limited edition Google?
  8. Lots of interesting things going on all over the industry that is no longer posted, and KS would have all the info on the MACK Marine Power M E-9 engines a member is looking for also . . . but . . .
  9. No Connection and it is listed as an R model. Clean and low miles though. http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/mack/r/1818005.html?refer=news
  10. The weather wizards are calling for snow this weekend here on L.I. and I'll be putting the third brand new Currie 9" housing in my Mustang. Hope this one is ok. Had 1 tweaked in shipping and 1 sent with spring pads instead of 4 link ears.Got to run at ATCO on the 26th for the test and tune dial in.
  11. At close to 50 years ago the exact models are lost to some corner of space. My memories of them were coming in for gas at my uncles Shell Station when I pumped gas there in 1965 -66. I thought they were the neatest looking Jeeps I ever saw. Paul
  12. I'm sure that it was converted to diesel or it could even be a Lanova Diesel. The EH was in production from 1936 until 1950 so it could even be a post Independence import also as there were 31,500 plus units built. Paul
  13. A local tow company and Oyster Bay Lumber both had FC-190's The wrecker had the V-8 with a Manley crane and the lumber yards was a 6 (flathead?) with a flat bed dump. Both could fit in where conventional trucks couldn't. A lot of Long Island Fire Companies ran them for brush rigs and beach/farm rigs. HOWE East Meadow L.I. Beach Fire Rescue unit
  14. I had a leaky pump in a Snap on porta power,I asked the local Snap on salesman about repair and he gave me the local one that he used. Paul
  15. Build for the U.S. Coast Guard Shore Rescue Units. Number one of 368 built shown November 1939
  16. It is going to be sharp when all the bright parts are on it. Paul
  17. You running at a track like the Maxton Mile?
  18. My 55 Chevy has been a race car since 1962 when my father ran D gas with it, In 1972 I put in a 427 and ran Modified Production with it. It went to a fully gutted street racer in the late 70's running a blown small block. It is a brutal machine that assaults every one of your senses, beats the crap out of your body. Yup, it's primitive, loud, can't corner, zero amenities, eats gas and even though it is not as fast as most all of the factory cars made today. Wouldn't trade the rush for all the new quick cars in the world.
  19. Good save. What are the plans for it? Paul
  20. This is the forum you can't read any posts with a mouth full of food or drink... course I expected to see a stripper
  21. Thanks for the spaghetti on my monitor, gotta hurt worse than trapping it in the zipper
