  1. NEW DEMOCRAT VOTERS . . . .
  2. After having digested Obama / Kerry’s 2015 foreign-policy review , I concluded that the quote " Welcome to Never Never Land" from Peter Pan is applicable to Obama's foreign policy. After all, the administration actually claims that 2015 was a highly successful year. These successes include "establishing diplomatic relations with Cuba (freedom forgotten), defeating transnational Salafi-jihadists “violent extremists” (Parisians might disagree), ISIS/ISL in full retreat, reaching a deal on an “ensured” peaceful Iran nuclear program (Iran is already cheating without any response), “bringing total peace, security to Syria.” ending the war in Afghanistan and the UN Global Warming Treaty. . . . Welcome to Obama’s Neverland .
  3. I looked at Barts book but never put the crane carrier with the ones or sale in Canada. The one in the photo is one of the first built for U.S. and British Commonwealth Army evaluations, according to the information on the back of the photo. With the B type cab, F series hood, radiator and fenders. It looks mostly made of recent production parts. I'm sure than like today the trucks use as many off the shelf parts to save money and make field repairs simpler. Paul.
  4. My grandson for as long as I remember wanted to work on diesel trucks. Took as many Tech Courses as he could, applied to Wyo Tech and ended up working for HO Penn. The High School "Career Counselor" did all he could to talk him out of it, including making it difficult to apply to Wyo Tech and talking to his parents and to me. (that didn't go well) His basic line was "you don't want to be a grease monkey or a "stupid" mechanic"".Best was he told him "that's immigrant work" I got to have him talk to me,. I asked 2 simple questions. How much money do you make a year and how many paid in full houses do you own? Told him I'm a stupid Mechanic and own a half dozen houses, money in the bank and no bills. Got up and left his office. That's the reason no techs in not just vehicle repair but plumber, carpenters and most other hands on fields.
  5. What did you use on the Pot Metal? I've done pits an cavities on parts to be rechromed with Conductive Epoxy but do have a few items that need "weld" repairs. Paul

  21. At a local show ENFD's 1952 MACK has a Back-up Bell, it actually attracted kids and some adults to the rear of the truck. Most people and kids today associate a bell with the Ice Cream Truck not a unit backing up. I also would go with a modern Back Up Alarm. Paul
