  1. I always thought that since my Mixer was sold as a cab and chassis and the company that completed the install would add the data. Need kskarbel2 to chime in on that.
  2. Thats the key or lock strip, it puts pressure on the gasket to seal it. Mine leaked at the vent flap part that opened.
  3. Youropinion I trust, e bay not so much. Paul
  4. Looks like a worth while project, not beat to death and at the very least parked with the windows up. Tells me the owners care about their equipment. Like GG says swap in a 250 or even drop the pan a have a look see. Be funny if it has a leaky liner and hydro locked. Paul
  5. I personally would open it up and see if there is a Micro Fuse or a Fuse-able Link between the connector and board. Whats to lose if it's bad to start
  6. It really depends on material used in the "pour". If they use Zamak which is an alloy of Zinc, Aluminum and Copper they will not pit and shed the plating like the OEM. If they used potmetal which is lead and slush metals they won't last long
  7. Gee, can't tell if you're from OZ or the States. Seems both in power are on the same page against the the people who support their arses. Paul
  8. They hauled general freight. Went out of business.
  9. My R has a gasket and it seals up the entire vent recess in the roof. I had a few rust pin holes in the front corners that I found after the gasket was removed. I got lazy and and used rust treatment and RTV to seal them up.
  10. خوب می شود بگیرید و یاد دهید اوباما در (good to be obama's pals)
  11. Go to an autobody supply with the old gasket and match it up as close as possible, probably close to a GM or Ford trunk seal gasket. . Install and lock the vent shut
  12. Almost looks like something MACK Defense might make.
  13. This is how. http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/newsroom/release/10-22-15b.cfm

  15. An up dated report said the driver Somali driver (who recently won EEO lawsuit after being fired from his last truck driving job) lawyer said his clients brief comment to the press about the mishap was KA CHING!! $$$$
  16. We went to the pubic meeting about the laws. One farmer asked where do you think your food comes from? The reply was he gets his from a grocery store. Typical liberal rules. We rented our house in Oyster Bay because of their commercial parking law. Could not park a commercially tagged vehicle over night on any street and could not park it in your yard if it was over 20 feet long and 6 feet tall. Couldn't park my F-250 in the yard because it was commercial tagged, put on passenger car plates and suddenly all was fine. . . They seem to make laws to look busy with no ideas of the consequences.
  17. Hasn't been on since he took the dozer to his house in May...
  18. I also see by the specs the MP makes a few more horsepower and torque the the Volvo equivalent.
  19. We don't want them here either! Bad enough they started a war on farmers on Long Island! They determined that farming is an environmental disaster. We create air pollution from dust and the pollen (yep, pollen) from crops. we use more water than needed and the best is we use dreaded Nitrate Fertilizer, (good for the mac mansion lawns but not food). They actually have a bill pending to limit the hours and amount of water used for irrigation with the inclusion of a water filtration system for run off. Regulation of the dust generated from harrowing and planting by requiring a "dust collection" system for the tractors and equipment. Best is pollen control for harvesting. They tried to close farm stands because of the pollution of idling vehicles of customers and that failed. Don't fear they started to enforce the ADA laws for handicaped people at road side stands by ticketing for no handicap rest rooms, counters to high for wheel chairs, no designated handicap parking area (on dirt!) and other ADA regulations.
  20. Therodyne most likely an END510. A-Model production 1950 to 1953. A-51 2575 Medium duty units of 8 to 19 ton GVW.
  21. Long Island has paint regs now. With out a Certified spray booth/ filter system a vehicle repair shop can spray on aerosol can a day. And yes there are people who enforce the regs. We have to have scrubbers and filters on bakery and restaurant exhausts, they are even attempting to regulate the dust generated by harrowing and harvesting fields. F them!
  22. What does the vin tag on the left door have on it? 1973 was the last of the flat dash too.
  23. Biggest difference is the image! The Boss Dawg Or the Volvo Penguin?
  24. Cool!! Paul
