If the steering wheel is the same as my AC its a vulcanized rubber covered canvas. I've yet to find any one to restore or duplicate it. I found repro 38x7 tires made in the original pattern by B.F. Goodrich Tires in the Miller Tire Catalog for my AC Crane Carrier, but at $625 each I think I'll find different wheels and tires more cost effective. Paul

There is an spray can application called Gravel Guard. It's clear and can be sprayed over the color coat. Most other applications of chip protection are meant to be sprayed one and than color coated to blend in. For the outside of the fenders only. Obamama got elected because of his color and the rush for white voters to prove that they were not prejudiced. Hillary will get elected because she is a woman. . .nothing more.
