Like to see them stay here, but at least they are still around and not scrapped. You are kind of stuck here from really using them to go OTR or even as day runs. Fuel economy, Insurance because of age, EPA regs affect them especially at ports and a lot of companies look at an older truck and pass you over. My Marmon and R when it was whole were always targeted by DOT because of nothing more than age.(got to be something...they are old) As for the Haitans, their government steals and controls everything...you know keep them poor and worrying about surviving the day so the leaders can do as they want. And producing things here? Stop the free shit, stop teaching children that "real Americans" don't do manual labor.(school "career" counselor told my grandson the Americans don't become diesel mechanics...that is immigrant work!) Theakerstwo, My family and I will not be pushed, and if push comes to shove, We will chose our fate , no one else chooses for us. If we do have to go it will be as a free men, when we chose and not quietly if need be. My wife and I have talked about this over the past 4 years and both agreed this is our choice as Americans. We will do what is needed for our families protection and survival of us and our country as free people. The transferring of power to a select few and the elimination of checks and balances to ":Streamline" the government, closed door legislation to save from confusing the citizens with details. The total exemption of accountability for the department heads for mistakes and deaths ... What the government is doing now is not taking your all your freedoms away... RIGHT NOW, it could never be done instantaneously. Your freedoms will disappear gradually almost unnoticed. Forced healthcare, unlimited ability to increase the budget by one man, Congress no longer involved in the budget process, the beginning of the end of the second amendment for the "good of our children". Vlad there is a very limited market who would buy them and 98% are honest and will look out for the stolen items. The only other shot is they are Exported out of the U.S. but I doubt they left my area.
