  3. This was at the 1st Paul Riggle and Son Truck Show in Apollo Pa show . A good friend thought I'd get a kick out of this. Kind of interesting concept and the planning and work is pretty good in spots. You can see the learning curve. Even used the back of the Van wheel opens for the stack exits. Paul
  4. Coming along really good. I agree with the paint stripes on the hubs. Razor blades... don't that beat all!! With all the red chips flying you and Papa must have looked like you all had "MACK MEASLES"
  5. Heres what I found out. They were made by Billy Gooche in the late 90's and apparently sold to SPECIAL APPEARANCE DECALS owned by John Beckens Special request for them? Email specialappearancedecals@yahoo.com Ebay store http://www.ebay.com/sch/special_appearance_decals/m.html Web Store http://www.specialappearancedecalsstore.com/
  6. I just spent 3 days sleeping in my truck at a job site , eating crap cooked on a propane stove and over priced deli food, using a plastic toilet, all to finish a job on time. My employee slept in his van and did the same thing. I sure hope my "partners in DC" appreciates that! A Hole. Here a campaign poster for him.
  7. They are workers. The hard cap conversion looks well done, possible Civil Defense conversion? A number of years ago I had a M35 A1 wrecker, it didn't know it wasn't supposed to do what it did. Its now at Fall River Mass at a boat yard near Battleship Cove. Paul
  8. We have a crap load of them here. We convert them to fire trucks for our local companies. The go directly in to the pine barrens for fires. Paul
  9. It is an RD. It is a R model cab with highly modified DM nose. The DM hoods were made longer and taller with the center taper changed to fit the wider R cab. The fenders were made wider and longer to fit the R profile. The truck was patterned after an old J.D. Pesillico unit. The B sleeper seems to be on a R 685 chassis, apparently the builder didn't spring for the full B kit with the correct wheels and hub caps, chassis, tanks and Mack made 5th wheel. Paul
  10. THis is one I had filed away on Rte 80 Apache Arizona, Paul http://www.heavyequipmentforums.com/showthread.php?13866-Old-Euclid-1LLD
  11. Which starter mounting do you have? A direct flange through to fly wheel or side mount reduction type?

  16. Never see a Western where I am, never. I'd almost be tempted to leave the sleeper be. It does look "right" on it. Paul
  17. E U C L I D a division of G M
  18. Very, very nice, More like a 1 or 2 year old unit! What type chassis? Looks like aluminum in the shot around the V8. I had an Autocar with an aluminum chassis. Paul
  19. Must be a big mess, seeing him having to buy all the water tankers...
  20. Looks to be some interesting iron around that B model. Paul
  21. I spent my tour in Asia fighting the people with the same mind set as whats in power now...it is not what I want for my country. Yes it is still better here and I would never want to be anywhere else, but every day it back slides a bit more away from our American Roots and Beliefs and it needs to stop. Paul
  22. Good to go from toter to real unit with a set of rails. Paul
  23. When your family or friends cannot explain why they voted for a Democrat, give them this list. 1. I voted for a Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 2% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 18% isn’t. 2. I voted for a Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would. 3. I voted for a Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it. 4. I voted for a Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers, rapists, thugs, and thieves. 5. I voted for a Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will disappear in ten years because of Global Warming if I don’t start driving a Chevy Volt. 6. I voted for a Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive. 7. I voted for a Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, housing and Social Security benefits. 8. I voted for a Democrat because I believe that any business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit. 9. I voted for a Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution regularly to suit some fringe folks who would never get their agendas past the voters. 10. I voted for a Democrat because I think that it’s better to pay billions to people who hate us for their oil, but not drill for our own because it might upset some useless endangered beetle, gopher, or fish. 11. I voted for a Democrat because while we lived in the greatest, most wonderful country in the world, I was promised “HOPE AND CHANGE.”to fix that. 12. I voted for a Democrat because my head is so firmly buried in the sand that it’s unlikely that I’ll ever have another point of view.
  24. BAD BAD BAD!!! hope it can be stopped!! Rowdy hit it square on the head! Paul
