I called and talked to the owner of the AutoCar at the shed shop. I now need to buy it just for the combination. According to the owner, it's a 1967 DC64B, Hendrickson suspension, 6:38 gears 58,000 rears, 20,000 front axle, 10 speed and a Allis Chalmers 21000 365 h.p. that is apparently in bad shape. I asked what is wrong and was told it smokes alot. Been on the market for 2 years and apparently the engine scares everyone off. Momma works thursday so I'll go and look at it. Paul

I do not watch TV at all or listen to the radio Talking heads, but I do have a bright clear view of how my country is being socialized to a second Europe. I am not a Rep or Dem or other. I see the things people did to make this a great country being put in the trash. Why is having a work ethic, a love of family, country and religion seem to be a crime to this POTUS? I am an American who wants my country back, with it's past CAN DO attitude , not a gimme my free shit, I deserve what you have attitude.

What the seller asks and what they get is different. Those 100 plus dollar Hot Wheels have been on for a long time. I listed awhile ago 3 pairs of NOS GM quarters (both sides) for a 70 - 72 Monte Carlo, a set for 73 - 77 El Camino and a set for 75 - 78 El Dorado. Couldn't sell them, but another seller had used for more money and they sold. Go Figure.

Hope to see a Timber Framers school do a rebuild of it. We got away lucky on the end of the island with Irene. We have had an Airliner blow up 2 miles from home (flight 800) an Avianca Airliner hit a hill side and a restored P 40 go down off the beach (pilot had a heart attack) and 3 big wild fires.......Still rather just have the storm, at least you have alittle control.

Here are my poor disjointed thoughts. Nobel Peace prize = the small pocket wars are not getting combat troops " I'm only sending in advisers, (I was technically one in Viet Nam) " cut military to post W W I size. Energy and Ecology = Chevy Volt, ban on drilling, ban on coal, ban on Nuclear but we are getting Mercury in our light bulbs (that GE makes in China) Fly Air Force 1 from DC to California to plant a tree on Earth Day. Banking and Mortgages = bail out, chastise for lending practices and now fine them for not lending money to people who can not pay them back. Scrap Space program , rely on Russians, who now lean towards Cold War attitude. Punish states for enforcing Federal immigration laws. Allow the IRS to " tax " you for not buying health care ( a fine can be fought, a tax cannot ) Punish those who work for not enough support of those who don't, Remember what Nancy P said " You want to sit home and paint or read? We got your back " The ease of receiving Social Security benefits to people who never put into it has made the U.S.A. the place of choice for 3rd world people to live...I.E. Free S.S., Free health care, Free food stamps, Free Housing and Oh So Much More! This is the short "we're better off now" list. Paul
