  1. I would think that the hvac controls are pretty standard off shelf parts with only the Mack logo added. I would be pretty sure the knobs would fit, at worst a dot of 5 min epoxy or Super Glue to tighten up the fit.

    RESIST hat

Should have asked what are you resisting? More money in your pocket? (probably lives in mama's cellar) A good job? (probably on the dole) You resisting the fact you didn't vote? (to much trouble). Could have tripped him "accidentally" with your cane.
  3. Never saw that type but did look at a 1942 Ford with this set up. Made by a company call 6 Wheels Inc in the 1930's to late 40'2. Also made a chain drive set up called Maxi Drive Dual Chain Drive.

  8. I'll give you these we found sitting outside the Vatican to keep quiet. They are only in the way of my displaying the Spinx
  9. And according to the news $7.57 was his take.
  10. Interesting bit of info on the Arizona Memorial. Elvis Presley played a fair bit in it. What does a rock 'n' roll legend have to do with a historical Pearl Harbor memorial? Legendary rock star Elvis Presley helped make the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor a reality in the 1960s. Presley performed at a benefit concertand gave 100% of the profits that totaled more than $54,000 for the memorial fund on March 25, 1961. He also made a separate donation of $25,000, the report said. Plans to create the USS Arizona Memorial took shape in the 1950s, but by 1960, less than half of the $500,000 needed was raised, the publication reported. Presley's actions drew considerable attention to the memorial fund helping it to reach its goal and ultimately build the iconic memorial.
  11. Chief Pharmacist's Mate Cheshire is remembered with honor on the Honolulu Memorial in Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii and was posthumously awarded the Purple Heart, the American Defense Service Medal with Fleet, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with Bronze Star and the World War II Victory Medal. This is a copy of the letter we recieved. Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency. Fulfilling Our Nation's Promise Service Member CPHMP JAMES THOMAS CHESHIRE WORLD WAR II UNITED STATES NAVY Accounted For 09/28/2018 On September 28, 2018, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) identified the remains of Chief Pharmacist's Mate James Thomas Cheshire, missing from World War II. Chief Pharmacist's Mate Cheshire, who joined the U.S. Navy from California, was serving aboard the USS Oklahoma (BB-37) at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, when the ship came under attack from Japanese aircraft. He was killed in the attack, and while his remains were recovered from the ship following the incident, they could not be individually identified at the time. CPHM Cheshire was initially buried as an unknown at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. In 2015, advances in forensic techniques prompted the reexamination of remains associated with the Oklahoma, and CPHM Cheshire was eventually identified from among them. Chief Pharmacist's Mate Cheshire is memorialized on the Courts of the Missing at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.

  13. Get better prices and a higher quality products from Hammonds than others and free delivery too.
  14. Midliner parts seem scarce and costly for what little is around.
  15. Just the right thing to do plus nobody else will take care of us without holding it over our heads. I'm just fortunate enough to have done very well and damned if I give it to free loaders.
  16. Long as it does the job, a grinder pretties it up but won't get you home. Here is my spiders cast steel, stick welded with Softweld 99Ni 99% Nickel electrode.
  17. Well I feel good. located a clean used drum for my mixer only 150 miles away, got the ham out of my rear in the 55, welded up the spiders, upped the gears to 5:88 and got a new short block ordered for it, crab cakes for dinner and told off my liberal daughter in-law and son. Life is good
  18. The report said he was attempting to be the first Swifter to jump a loaded dump truck over the Snake River Puddle but got addled from the three foot things on the floor, the round spoke thing and the stick with the knob with the math problem on it. It really got out of hand when he dropped his lit candy cigarette in his boot
  19. Is the spread between the rails the same on both trucks to fit the Trunion in?
  20. Correct! The diver of truck 156 was Ezradia Swift who later in life (after a string of dump truck errors) decided to go OTR and hired former grifters and neer do wells to drive and train drivers. Ezradia was shooting of a 85% accident rate because of his dreams of inter state demo derbies. Thats the story I'm sticking to for now.
  21. I recall the Cowl and panels between the hood and doors are different
  22. You need to remember how history is now taught in Public Schools. The War with Japan was not caused by the Japanese attack in the Pacific. It is now taught that the USN destroyer Ward fired the opening shot at a Japanese sub. (who was on the way to attack the ships in Pearl) WWII, Korea and Vietnam are taught now as the American War on the Pacific Rim. Our failed attempt to conquer the Pacific Rim for corporate America. Europe forgets we bore the brunt with supplies, troops and ships to help them to win WWII and that America put the Continent back on it's feet with the Marshall Plan. Hell most of the millennial's and younger don't even know who we fought in the Revolutionary War but they can tell you what color Taylor Swifts undies are. They are taught our history is war like, homophobic and racist and we have nothing to be proud of or patriotic about. Pretty sad. Four of my family died in WWII My uncle in Pearl Harbor, my aunt in the Philippians, an other uncles bomber went down in the the fires in Ploesti and another crossing the Elbe. 40% of the young men in my town died in WWII, 23 in Korea and 63 out of 105 in my graduating high School Class died in Vietnam. I very touchy about our history and our Vets and KIA,sand promised my self I would not forget to honor them. The vets housing is my last project my wife and I embarked on before she passed, even more reason to finish it. My kids will be getting not much of an estate when I finish this project, should use most all of my money and assets .

  24. I got mine out with a little heat and a wipe of paraffin wax. The heat wicks the wax in between the threads and aids removal.
