My Mack CH613 has an issue When I throttle steady and hold my leg on it, It will start sounding.. vam, vam, vam, vam. Until I remove my leg from the throttle What could be the cause?? Please

My Mack CX613 won't start until I pour much fuel in the AIR CLEANER that's when it's gonna start... What's the problem please?

My Mack CX613 model AC-330, showing me the below codes.... 10-2=5v supply. 3-2=Engine Timing Sensor. 4-5= Aux. Output Driver or Wastegate Output or VTG Position Sensor. When I start, it runs 5min, then shows the shut down light on the dashboard. Immediately engine offs. Please what should I do?
