I owned 2 Mustang 5.0L Pace Cars that I bought new. I run the livin daylights out of them. Owned several more (all V8s) in later years (all were bought new). My last Mustaing was a 98 GT 4.6L that I bought used and sold before I bought my MH. Fun little cars! Paul - where in OH did you buy the SVO?

Be at Watt's tent at noon on Saturday and you will get to meet some of us. Also DCR is having a get-together at his motorhome. I mentioned name tags to Barry. A few on BMT were against that idea because of "witness protection".

I still use my rusty but trusty Motorola flip phone with roman numerals. I only turn it on to make calls (no long distance service on home land line) or if I am expecting a call. I have voice mail so if someone calls when it is turned off...leave a message. When I had a J-O-B, I had a Crackberry. It was nice to use it for internet. It was also connnected to my email which I HATED. I normally received in excess of 50 emails a day. I gave it up when I retired and do not miss it 99% of the time. I use a cell phone to talk, digital camera for pics/videos, computer for internet, iPod for music, and Garman for GPS. Nuff said.

Very nice and interesting pics. Keep them coming. I remember some of the vehicles (I told you I was an old fart). I wonder if Roy Rogers wore his hat when he paced the race? Also, did Ford cut-up those cars that were involved in the wreck?

Thanks again everyone. I am waiting to hear from the dealer when the check has cleared the bank. Once it clears, they will contact ODFL who will pickup and deliver the trailer. I will post some pics once I get it "home".

Caterpillar had a couple turbine powered trucks running in the mid-70s. Yes I believe the one big issue was fuel consumption.

I need a gray dog house padded cover. Mine is torn on the left side (beside the driver's seat area). My MH has Level II interior and would like to upgrade to Level III (gray padded door and sleeper panels). Martin's didn't go over board when they spec'd the MHs.

I want a visor like this for my MH....NOT! Not a fan of the "cow catcher" bumper. Looks like something you would see on a locomotive.

I wish you were closer to OH/PA....or I was closer to IA. I think you have more MH stuff than any other place.

Barack and Michelle are at a baseball game sitting in the first row with the Secret Service people directly behind them. One of the Secret Service guys leans forward and says something to the president. Barack stares at the guy, looks at Michelle, looks back at the agent, and shakes his head violently and says, "NO". The agent then says, "Mr. President, it was a unanimous request, from the owner of the team down to the bat boy. And... the fans would love it!" So, Barack shrugs his shoulders and says, "Well, if that's what the people want..." He then stands up, grabs the First Lady by her collar and the seat of her pants, and tosses her right over the wall into the field! Michelle slowly gets back to her feet, kicking, swearing, and screaming and the crowd goes wild, cheering, applauding, and high-fiving. Barack bows and smiles to the crowd, and leans over to the agent and says, "You were right, I would have never believed that!" Then noticing the agent has gone totally pale, Barack asks, "What's wrong?" The agent replies, "Sir, I said they want you to throw out the first PITCH!"

Were they all black? I thought a MH Liberty would be gray like the Superliner. I think it would look sharp in gray with dark gray/black Liberty decal.

There were several UPS MHs at Adelman's in Canton about five years ago. When I was there last year they were history.

Just noticed the Chevy Turbo Titan has single drive tires. I would like to see that truck in person and here it run. Does anyone know if this truck still exists? I bet that F would be fun to drive. I did not miss the boobs flotation devices bumpers err whatever...
