  1. 88...this is the year! OH is 25 years for Historical plate. I only have 4 more to go on my MH.
  2. Really like that R wrecker...thanks Mark
  3. The best thing you can do to shut down a Diesel engine is "starve" it for air.
  4. Here kitty!
  5. These?
  6. Mark, Please post the pic of Pam! Thanks! Update...never mind Mark...I did an interweb search for "Jungle Pam". I will be back later!
  7. You will likely not find any info here.
  8. Heather is a hottie but I saw her not long ago and she changed her hair...not as attractive. Women...can't leave well enough alone.
  9. Those Windfall wimmin will be all over you.
  10. Larry - been able to do it that way a few times but have better luck double clutching. Usually don't have a problem getting it out of gear, it is getting into the next gear. I think the linkage is the reason. There is no linkage in conventional trucks.
  11. Video of a Peterbilt with runaway engine. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=3e2_1366330989
  12. Mike, I think you need to visit your other brother Mike and make a deal on an F.
  13. If you don't have insurance, you may get away without a plate. I cancelled the insurance on my brother's car (when he passed away) and on my mother's car (when she went to the Home). I was told to send in the plates otherwise I would be subject to a fine - licensed vehicle with no insurance. I am finding PA has some dumb laws. Seems "local government" makes their own rules.
  14. Double clutching is the only way I can shift my MH. Can't get the hang of shifting without a clutch.
  15. Mike - not a problem. I saw them when I drove by last week and knew you lived close. They looked in good condition. You don't see many single axle dumps. Look at it this way...you just saved me about $20K. I will buy you breakfast next time for your efforts. Thanks!!
  16. I was good friends with a Plymouth dealer when I lived in Illinois. The Sales Manager told me a similar story about the Superbird. He had them lined up in a circle around the dealership....almost couldn't give them away. Roll back the clock and I would take the money I spent on a college education and buy as many as I could.
  17. Nice looking truck. Are the knobs missing from the top 2 rows of the RH panel or are they toggle switches? Hope you get it at a good price.
  18. Brown is good! Wonder what UPS would think if they saw it? From what little I know about UPS, they rebuild and keep everything to get 500% from everything. I heard some of their package cars are over 40 years old. P.S. If you plan to part it out...give me a call.
  19. Really like the International tractor and Dodge Daytona pics. Only made the winged Daytona in 1969 (replaced by Plymouth Superbird for 1970). Again, thanks for posting these old pics.
  20. Mike - Nice bunch of F's.
  21. It would be helpful to be more specific...make, model, year, location, etc.
  22. Dave, Nice pics. I am guessing that the "kid standing on the ground" next to the Matlack is you.
  23. Thanks Ron! I hope it will help "tame" those bumps. Likely will not get any mods done this year but maybe next year I can get a "sleeping" area built over the fifth wheel. First I need to install a curbside "walkin" door. Of course an air mattress and sleeping bag will make it a "sleeping" area.
