  1. Congrats! Details? Now take some better (daylight) pics and post them! You know how much we like pics! Seems like everyone is buying a Superliner. It is getting to the point this forum needs to be renamed....Superliner Mack Trucks! Just remember...there were ONLY 31 1992 MH612s built! I will go back to my corner now!
  2. Welcome to the funny farm...I mean BMT! Nice trucks. Since most some of us have difficulty reading...more pics would be GREAT! We like pics!
  3. You only live once Vinny! Either buy guns or trucks!
  4. Yes and it is part of the pretrip inspection.
  5. Stopped today and took a picture of the garage doors. It is now up to Ben and Tom to get some pics of what is inside the garage.
  6. Thanks! I like November 1977!
  7. Looks like we have a bunch of government officials with "personality defects"!!!!
  8. Take it easy on the shoulder. Don't undo what was done!
  9. Maybe a 3306 DITA...good engine in their day. The 3306 was bullet proof.
  10. And the brakes didnt lock...
  11. I resemble that remark! Great minds run in the same gutter!
  12. I agree and it needs to start at HOME!
  13. Frosting?
  14. I am not an overly religious person but it has been over 40 years since prayer was banned in schools. The jerk in CT is the second generation without prayer. Perhaps (and just perhaps) if prayer was still in schools (along with DISCIPLINE) maybe he and others would not be doing CRAP like this!!
  15. You could just go staight to "boat anchor" and save time. As for the oil, it likely already leaked out. Another option is a lawn ornament. On a serious note, if the injector racks are free, then the linkage is stuck. Try spraying Blaster on all the moving parts and let them soak for a few days.
  16. Welcome back! But we are NOT having cake!
  17. Excellent!!
  18. Don't eat the cake, just don't!!!
  19. I am glad is was not my car! No new car smell! However, someone spilled a soft drink on the console and "gummed" up the shifter interlock switch. Had to have it replaced early this year (at least covered under warranty). One of GMs better ideas, put the cup holder next to the shifter.
  20. Happy Birthday! I am sure someone on BMT will bake you a cake, just be forewarned!!
  21. Thanks! This is the second HHR I owned and really like them (30-35mpg, reasonable ride, and good utility). I bought the red HHR used in October 2011 with about 9K miles on the odometer. It was a rental car (I think Enterprise...hmmm). It has the 2.4L 4cyl, sunroof, and leather interior. I am not a leather (vehicle seats that is) fan. I prefer a cloth interior (warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer). The only option not on this one is the remote start which would be nice in the winter.
  22. Thanks Tom! The 500 series was produced from 1958 to 1962. The 570 Super was only manufactured in 1961 and 1962 (total produced ~1500). It used a Hercules 339 ci non-turbo Diesel engine. It produced about 70 horsepower and was the highest horsepower production tractor. There was a 580 Super but never in production. In 1962 Cockshutt was bought by White Corporation and thereafter any Cockshutt was just an Oliver repainted in Cockshutt colors.
