  1. Well if I had to choose...the one on the left?
  2. Welcome to the "funny farm". Lots of good people and expertise here. What part of Ohio? Pics are a requirement when it comes to Macks!
  3. Like those Rs. Where are they? Keep posting "Pictures of the Week".
  4. Hmmm, new way to attract "customers". Ultrashift transmission...just like driving a big pickup truck. I wonder how many signed up just to see her cleavage. Is she a blonde? Easy on the eyes but a real bimbo. Wonder if she would be interested in some "sleeper" training? What a joke! Thanks for posting DodgeMan. My laugh for the day!
  5. Nice work! You will have to put some weight in the back to keep it from tipping on its nose.
  6. Dang...how did I miss the hair!

  8. Thanks! I thought it would be in Europe somewhere. How in the F did we get it and how was it moved?
  9. Venturi effect lowers the air temperature. Does the engine run okay? If not, you may need to route some heat (during cold temps) to the air inlet. If the engine runs okay, you do not need to do anything. Been a LONG time since I messed with gassers.
  10. Is the truck using bio-Diesel fuel? If so, bio fuel dilution will not show up using the "normal" fuel check. What is the viscosity (cSt)?
  11. At 2700 fps that equates to about 1 minute from the time the trigger is pulled to go 30 miles (if I did my math correctly - hey I am a retired engineer so I packed away my slide rule). You should be able to see that sucker coming. I imagine the KABOOM (on both ends) is LOUD! Likely the Vinster never saw a slide rule. Are any of these big guns still around or have they been melted? Would be nice to see one up close.
  12. Look at the tip when you pull the injector and make sure it looks okay.
  13. Yea, usually we are in the gutter on the 2nd or 3rd reply and never recover. However this one does slip in and crawls out of the gutter randomly.
  14. Soooooieeee! Here piggy piggy!!!!
  15. Dang...7 tons x 29 miles = a whole bunch of explosives. What was the velocity? How many shots to hit the target/"sight it in"? I doubt if there is anything today that comes close to this monster.
  16. Good to hear it is still in service. Thanks for posting pics! It looks in very nice condition. You need to take it to Macungie, Gerhart's, and Mack Trucktoberfest in 2013. I am sure alot of people would be interested in seeing it in person. Thanks again!
  17. I agree, we usually only hear one side. It is interesting to hear the "other" side of the story. As was mentioned earlier, we all just want to live in peace. Too bad more people (especially in the Mid-East) don't think the same way. I am amazed at the BIG GUN pics. Wonder how long it took to manufacture the parts and assemble those big guns? Did they test them before going into battle?
  18. Yea, I agree with Mike and Paul. Finish the U!! Remember Macungie June 2013 is only six (6) months away.
  19. I wonder if that "one millionth Mack" Superdog II is still around? It would be a good one to restore.
  20. Sounds like a personal problem to me!
  21. Hmmmm! Women..can't live with them and probably can live without them! Best to just "rent" one! Remember, when they are bad they are bad but when they are really bad they are great! You are too young anyway...wait another 20 or 30 years.
  22. steel wheels - too old for my interest.
  23. Nice trucks but I still prefer single axle Rs.
  24. Thought you all would enjoy these... I'd like to give her a Christmas present! She could polish my wheels... And speaking of Dodge cabover..
