  1. I recently noticed an alternator whine in the speakers in my MH. This is the first time I listened to the radio this year. Last year I did not have this issue. Nothing changed from last year to this year. Could it be a bad cab ground? Everything else (gauges, lights, etc.) works okay. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  2. No hotties when I went to school. But back in the "old" days, people kept their mouth shut! And besides, the boys were 18 and at her house (not on school/university property like another perv in news).
  3. A big thanks go out to Barry and the Watt crew for a great show. Over 100 trucks, cars, pickups, and a lonely farm tractor were there. It was a great day for a show. We even found a few BMT members who were willing to have their mug shot taken. Of course there were a couple BMT guys who were too busy talking trucks to take a break for the group photo. The all knowing and powerful Barry is on the left and I was honored to be next to Barry. I thought we were not going to include the outhouses in the pic? Vinny - the only truck that resembled a U was a DM. Not sure if it had fallen on its side but it looked nice. I am sure Barry will be posting pics of all the vehicles.
  4. Leaving the farm at 6:30a and should be there around 8a. Looking forward to the show. Yes forecast is great - sun and mid 70s.
  5. You may have to empty your browsing history
  6. I used to work at Hagerstown in the engineering department when it was MACK. IT WILL ALWAYS BE MACK POWERTRAIN to me!!
  7. As per other shows, all the BMT members meet at the Watts tent at high noon. That is if Barry is having a tent.
  8. Yes I agree! I plan to attend with my MH. Let's see how many Macks and BMT members we can get there.
  9. My guess is it is a pusher and the engine is in the rear.
  10. If only they were closer to PA.
  11. I plan to be there early Saturday morning. Barry where is the show location (I know it is not at the store)?
  12. I think the R models (and Superliners) were the best looking Macks of all time. Of course the MH is a close second! There is a R model dump that goes by the farm almost every day. The next time I "hear" it coming I will try to get a pic.
  13. Great pic. Thanks for posting. Gotta love it! At least one of everything, even a U model in front for our Vinny
  14. Only Vinny would notice the other people!
  15. Saw this listing in VA... http://www.tractorsh...query=retrieval
  16. In his pocket?
  17. Or playing klablwowie!
  18. Vinny, wait until you get older then you will understand. Actually if I was that boy I would rest my head on the right. But he needs to be careful, the left one could break free and smack him in the face.
  19. I like the yellow one. I may have to inquire about it. Not sure if I can drive a truck with a hood.
  20. But you know they are both not the same size in real life. How do I know? Years of "hands on research"!
  21. I still plan to be there on the 18th.
  22. Cars, trucks, tractors, and females (not necessarily in that order). Is there anything else?
  23. Thanks Doug for posting the vid from Macungie. Seems like you are always around when videographers and attractive ladies show-up. You are a babe magnet! Don is getting a lot of face time too! Keep up the good work guys!
  24. My all time favorite year and make is 1970 MOPAR - Plymouth and Dodge (Cuda, Cuda AAR, GTX, Road Runner, Superbird, Challenger RT, Challenger TA, R/T, and Super Bee). Favorite engnes - 440+6, HEMI, 340+6. Of course transmission would be 4-speed with pistol grip Hurst shifter. I HAVE owned a 1970 RR 383, 1970 Superbird 440+6, 1970 Cuda 383 Convertible, 1973 Duster 340, 1973 Cuda 340, 1974 Road Runner GTX 440-4, and several others. I never owned a 426 HEMI car. Wish I still had the 1970 cars. Of course the ladies during that time were choice too - mini skirts, hot pants, hose, and boots (and NO tattoos or body piercings). I don't think the braless look was until a few years later.
