  1. Barry, Thanks for the update and all you do for BMT.
  2. For you all that had "issues" (insurance card, etc.) here is my story... I pulled in about Noon on Wednesday. Guy asked for my name, he went and got the registration card, asked me to check everything to make sure it was correct. I said everything was okay. He told me to pull forward and he would bring the show packet. When he brought the packet I told him I also had a golf cart. He said "wait here and I will get the cart ID." He brought the ID and told me to pull around the building to the next check point. My friend who was with me was asked if he had a fire extinguisher but was asked nothing else. Gotta love the consistancy of the "check in". Go figure. P.S. I am glad they did not ask for my insurance card. I still had "storage" coverage but I called my agent this morning to get full coverage. As for favorites, I enjoyed seeing the variety of vehicles. Some of which I never knew existed. I did like the sound of some 2-strokers WITH MUFFLERS (sorry Yardo). I was homesick when I heard a KW with CAT 3408 (kinda got a woody).
  3. Yardo, Check out the Nunnery and find out if "red" is working training. If so, put a request in for her to wait our table. Also, see if she wants to polish a bald head with her boobs. Mike, If you have "gas" I don't think she would be interested in "tucking you in".
  4. With the cap? If so, you are 4th from the right (2324MackAltoona is 3rd standing....well kinda). If Tom stood straight, he would be 7' tall.
  5. Check the original post. I added the names I could remember. Next time be there!
  6. This was my ride but sold it last year. 1984 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk original with less than 2600 miles. Owned it about two (2) years and only rode it once (~100 miles). Second pic is my current ride.
  7. Larry, Good to see and talk with you. Sorry about the "detour". You might want to consider changing your screen name to "slider".
  8. Here is the final pic of the ten (10) MHs. Also included is the BMT Nooner crowd. Here is the link to the YouTube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI5TsEDiaYU Enjoy! BMT members Standing L to R: farmer52-Ken, Underdog-Gregg, 39 Baby Mack-Ron, macktrucks4-Mike, High Binder-Dan, umodelnut-Vinnster, David, Brocky, Barry, HarryS, 2324MackAltoona-Tom, steelman-Carey, fxfymn-Carl Kneeling L to R: Bob Abbott, Freightrain-Larry, yarnall-Mike, MHfred-Fred P.S. I just remembered maint1 was there but he is not in the pic. Someone will have to photochop him in the pic.
  9. I vote for burnt weenies and boogers, brats would be good too. But, if you cook it we will come! Mike, is "red" going to be the waitress?
  10. I bought a dash cam from Heartland for $40. Cam works but quality SUCKS big time....even on HD setting. Do not recommend. Put the money towards a quality cam. Personally I like the GoPro but they are pricey.
  11. Yardo, ooooooo, I know which one pair!!! Will there be a boob expo?
  12. Mike, Thanks for posting the MH shot. MHFred, Doug F, and I had our arms twisted (ouch) so there is a later one with ten (10) MHs. Rumor is there will be a YouTube video of the MH parade. And yes the show was a total flop...over 1200 trucks.
  13. Finally getting around to checking BMT. The "Altoona" pair arrived on Wednesday after lunch with no issues. I hope and pray our return trip is uneventful. I stopped by Blue Beacon and had the dogs groomed and a "quick wash" at York. MH and trailer look GREAT. Got the goof cart unloaded and Tom (2324MackAltoona) and I been cruising the grounds looking at trucks. Tom is the "official" picture taker. P.S. Did I mention how great the MH and trailer look? P.S.S. Don't forget...BMT mug shot at noon Saturday at Watt's tent.
  14. Happy Birthday!
  15. Thanks for posting some pics. Over 1000 vehicles on the grounds as of Friday afternoon. HOT temps and trucks!
  16. On my way to York. See you all there....and safe travels! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnRwQjTYfGI
  17. There is a sleeze lawyer here in central PA advestising on a billboard...."hurt in a truck accident? give us a call". And I don't think he is talking about the truck driver.
  18. Congrats and keep the rubber side down!
  19. Gregg, Here's wishing you a speedy recovery and thanks for the "lesson". We all need to work safely and smart.
  20. Gregg, As others posted, sorry to hear of your accident. Sounds like it could of been worse. I get nervous when working around big heavy equipment. Hope you make it to York. I will have my goof cart so if you need a ride, let me know.
  21. thanks for the correction and the "rest of the story".
  22. I think Matlack went out of business (union issues?). A good friend of mine worked in the maintenance shop and moved to Air Products. He since retired from AP. I will see him at York if not I will see him at Macungie. There is a current Matlack website (can't post link) for "old timers" and shows pics of the fleet and functions. I think all were green with yellow wheels. The shadows make them look like black fenders.
  23. ROPS - Roll Over Protective Structure. A "cage" to protect the operator if the machine would rollover.
  24. Fred, I have a feeling Larry will be the first in line on Thursday morning.
  25. What is the part number (FBB-4986?) and are they correct for a MH?
