  1. This is the only thread I found but does not show pics of the buildings, production lines, etc. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/33706-mack-factories/
  2. I agree. I would also like to see pics of the Allentown and Hagerstown plants in their heyday. I have a few of Hagerstown taken in 1985 that I need to scan and post.
  3. Hmmm, we heard the "lost quarter story" previously. I am skeptical...
  4. Excellent! You need to contact the Mack Museum when you finish...it (along with your documentation) belongs there for others to see.
  5. Barry Overall looks good However on my computer, some text (light blue) is difficult to view with the gray background. Maybe it is just my settings.
  6. CW, At the bottom right of the "Reply to this topic" box/window....click on the "More Reply Options". A new window will open and at the bottom of the "reply" window is "Attach Files". Click on the "Browse" button and direct it to the folder and file. Then click "Attach This File" button. Wait while it downloads the file. When done downloading, click on "Preview Post" to make sure it attached the file. If you want to attach a file click on the "Edit" button at the botton of the post. Then follow above instructions. Good luck!
  7. I think I saw one today in a Pete...twin 8" stove pipe stacks, visor covering half of the windshield, shifter almost to the roof, and driver sitting on the floor.
  8. I backed many wagons and equipment on the farm but nothing as difficult as my pup trailer. If you change your mind it goes the other direction.
  9. Thanks for posting the pics and welcome back. Hope you are feeling better.
  10. It's about time you did some work on the B. Seriously, nice work and keep us posted on the progress. At this rate you should be ready for York.
  11. Nice....it has Yardo's name on it. UPDATE: I just noticed it has a driptroit in it....never mind.
  12. Thanks for the explanation. I hope you get back to 100% soon so we can see those entertaining educational trip photos. Do you need nurse goodbody to make a house call?
  13. What is the story on the IH fire truck?
  14. Hope he is doing okay.
  15. And did the bar have NITs aka Tilted Kilt?
  16. Hat, Saw Kelly earlier with dress and hose....yum yum! But I digress... I was asking about the U not the B. But watching Kelly I understand.
  17. Why are the U and R front directional lamps located differently? The U models are about midway on the front fender and the R models are mounted near the front. Signed Curious
  18. More rust than I like but maybe someone might be interested. Mike - thanks for taking the trip to look at the truck.
  19. Try changing the fuel filters.
  20. If you are not getting white smoke then you are not getting any fuel to the injectors. As previously mentioned, check the fuel shutoff and also check the injection pump rack... moving (not stuck).
  21. Is white smoke coming out the exhaust when you crank the engine? If not, you are not getting fuel.
  22. Wow! I hope no one was seriously injured. It will be interesting to know what started the fire. I am not a supporter of NG as a transportation fuel, just sayin'. BTW Green Dash....I saw a PittOhio NG unit on I-76 the other week. New Fruitliner I think.
  23. Each day I like my MH more and more.
  24. I agree with the above, very unlikely to improve fuel mileage. There is no magic fuel mileage solution other than higher BTU fuel and/or removal of fuel injector deposits.
  25. What brand oil did you have in the Cummins? Most oils will flow like "honey" at cold temps.
