  1. Mack did have a RH drive version of the MH. A business friend, who retired from Mack, talked about the strange looks he received driving the RHD MH around the Lehigh Valley. The passenger sitting in the LH seat would prop his feet up on the dash. I too would like to see some pics of RHD MHs.
  2. Lamp manufactured by K-D Lamp Company. I tried searching for K-D but nothing. Did K-D get bought by Peterson or ?
  3. Being an Arizona vehicle likely NO RUST anywhere (not even bare surface rust).
  4. Sorry to hear you are without electricity. Hope they are wrong and you get juice soon! Do you have a portable generator?
  5. Simply amazing the engineering that went into the car and motorcycle....without computers.
  6. Likely the sedans back in the day did not handle that good either. Just sayin'
  7. Thanks for informing me. Dang it! Fixed link...give it another try.
  8. Very interesting video for anyone interested in antique cars. This is the ONLY Adams-Farwell automobile left in existence. They were made in Dubuque, Iowa, between 1890-1913. This 1906 version has a 50 HP rotary engine similar to engines in old airplanes. With 50 HP... it probably really scooted down the road! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0XbqHUAI-0
  9. Is that marine grade plywood? Looks good!
  10. Looks like a Dodge pickem up next to it, in the background is a Dodge Ramcharger and John Deere A/B. Nice detail!
  11. And the only good Tree Rat is a dead one!
  12. Anyone on BMT using a "tow plow"? Many states including PA and OH are starting to use these to clear multiple lanes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fthY3c7mi-M
  13. The engine was originally designed by Volvo not Mack. If you look at the VD engines prior to Mack and then after, the basic block is the same. Mack did/does have a hand in developing the "MP" for Mack applications. I too don't like hearing Volvo but sometimes the truth hurts.
  14. Do ya think my Craftsman C3 battery will work with the Cordless Hammer?
  15. Yea, me too!
  16. Thanks for the note. Yes, likely same part used on other vehicles/applications.
  17. You can't fix stupid....oops!
  18. How many miles on the truck? I thought emissions components were warranted for 500K or there abouts.
  19. BC, Thanks for checking the lamp. I sent a note to the Mack Museum to determine supplier. I checked Grote, Truck-lite, and Peterson catalogs and nothing even close. NLA from Mack so we will be looking in salvage yards.
  20. When I started to read your post I immediately thought - diabetes. Frequent peeing, thrist, and weight loss are common symptoms of diabetes. I have Type II but never lost weight. Did you notice any vision issues like bumping into things? Blurred vision is another sympton.
  21. Did you find it locally or someplace warm?
  22. Is your headliner vinyl or cloth? It looks like cloth in the pics.
  23. I have no experience polishing but White Diamond was recommended to me. It can be bought at Advance Auto Parts. I am going to try it this winter on my tanks and bumper. Saw a demo at Mid-America and looked good. Prefer something like WD instead of acid cleaning/wash then polish.
