I found the bracket prints (and I did not have to dig very far) but they are on 11x17 paper. Need to get them converted to a PDF and I will post them. If your passenger seat is like mine, it likely was never used. Since the seat sits on the HVAC system, you need a short suspension (T910 style). Likely the best option is to purchase a new seat with suspension. That is what I did. Otherwise you will need to go "junk yarding". I don't believe I ever saw an air ride passenger seat in a MH. A MH with Level 4 interior probably had an air ride passenger seat.

Wikipedia states 5C was near the Queen City Airport and later used by General Electric. In 1962 the GE plant was closed and it was returned to the city. Did the city return it to Mack? With the end of the war in 1945, aircraft production was shut down. Plant 5C was returned to Mack Trucks and the remainder of the facility was declared surplus by the War Assets Administration. The property was obtained by General Electric to manufacture small appliances, particularly toasters. In 1962 the facility again was closed and the property was obtained by the city. PN 4284 806 wheel and center cap 4284 875. The Hollander PN is 1695 (double check me). BTW, I found it on fleabay ($70 shipped to PA). I think they were used from 1989 to 1992 on both the D150 and Ramcharger. Thanks!

The brackets (69QS446M and 69QS447M) are no longer available. I had mine made at a local fab shop. I have the drawings somewhere in my pile of stuff library. I will post them if and when I find them. As for the seat, I am going to install a Bostrom T910.

Sounds like a NOx sensor or filter issue. I would change the filter first (easiest and least expensive) and see if that helps. Do you have the correct DEF in the tank?

Alot of work went into this truck...kudos for that...but it is FUGLY.

Found a NOS factory aluminum wheel. Need to find three (3) more NOS or mint wheels. Need center caps too. Here is a file photo of the wheel...

Plant 5C is mentioned in this Wikipedia thread as being located near the Allentown Queen City Airport. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allentown_Queen_City_Municipal_Airport I also saw mention of Plant 4 and Plant 10. I did a web search on Allentown and Mack and found nothing showing any plants. Seems strange with the Mack heritage in Allentown there are no pictures of the plants. Perhaps someone will provide some information and pics.

Who was the original supplier...Grote or Trucklite? Perhaps you can search (if you have not already did so) by the supplier number rather than the Mack PN. Any other truck OE use the same or similar lamp? Do you have a pic? BTW, I was able to find the correct "basic" directional signal for my MH from another truck (GMC). Easily modified (connector change).

We did not do any "farm work" other than feed the animals. No running machinery or even mowing the lawn. We went to church on Sunday morning, home for a big lunch, then either "entertain" family or go to a relative's home. To this day, my mother gets "upset" if I do any work on Sunday.

The downfall of a nation starts when the children are less educated than their parents. How many kids do you see today that do not want to study or learn? The younger generation is the "give me" group...give me this, give me that. And yes it started with my generation, the Y-generation. Kudos to Vinny and other young people who take time to listen to us "old farts" and try to do what is right for the country and mankind. Sorry for the diversion...there should be no commercial stores open on Holidays....but there should be some basic services available...hospitals, gas stations, drug stores, convenience stores, and fast food establishments. I too remember when the only thing open on Sunday or a Holiday was a drug store and they opened at noon or later. No gas stations were open so you needed to "plan" and fill-up the day before. Holidays are meant to celebrate the "reason" and spend time with family. In a few years I foresee "business as usual" on Thanksgiving and even Christmas.
