  1. I was trying to reinstall the back-up light. According to the wiring diagramm the wire changes the color from that mysterious inboard junction block on. That junction block is supposed to be between the fuse box and the back-up light switch. I also just found the buss bars on the firewall outside the cab.
  2. Does anyone have a US/Canada RW with factory installed breathers who could support with additional pictures? Would really appreciate it.
  3. Sorry for that stupid question - but can someone tell me where the INBOARD dash junction block is located? The truck is a '88 RW713. I'm trying to track down some electrical issues but so far I was not quite sure where that juction block is located. Thank you guys!
  4. Wow thank you very much for the pictures! The R Model Cab does look quite different in that area than my RW Cab
  5. Most likely it's the same - a picture from the drivers side would also help a lot. Luckily because of the vent on the drivers side the cab is much more sturdy in that area so it didn't do any harm to the weld seam yet.
  6. Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has a detailed view on how Mack factory-installed the breathers on the RW cab. There must be some kind of reinforcement bracket on the inside of the cab. Would really like to know what it looks like originally and where it is bolted (or even welded) to. On mine they were retro-fitted and unfortunatelly they dind't do such a good job because the small reinforcement bracket they used made the weld seam of the cab, just above where the breather is fitted, burst 😞 I also noted that there are brackets available in Australia but I'm pretty sure it's a whole different design because the breathers on the australian Superliner do sit a lot higher (see pics attached)
  7. Actually it's a Canadian built Mack. Not quite sure if the suspension is original to the truck but I'd guess it is. I requested the build sheet from Mack, hopefully it get's that much into detail. Good idea, I might just call them and ask...
  8. Hi all, after all my google and forums search I at least found out my '88 RW713 has most probably a Neway Air-Suspension. What I'm searching for is the correct part numbers of the torque rods of which I have 4 on the rear. Found some numbers in my parts book but it's for a RW613 and when I google them I get no results at all. Could someone help me out with the correct part numbers? The rods even look like the bushings can be changed seperately - is that true? The truck stays some miles away during winter, otherwise I would disassemble it already and take the measures of the bushings myself. But I would hate to tear everything apart without having the spares in hand. Thank you in advance. Cheers Arny
  9. Thank you, Bob. I found those as well @Raneys.. quite expansive. The interesting thing is you find about the same mirror without the bulldog for <100,- ! The Bulldogs are available seperately. Just not quite sure if I want to have some repro stuff on my Mack. Do you know if the Bulldog mirrors were all of the same size? 7x16?
  10. Hi Y'all, I'm really getting confused searching for the original side mirrors for my Superliner II. Obviously they were available heated/standard and there were the ones with the Bulldog and ones without (depending on the year?!). Are Mack mirrors with the Bulldog (those I'm searching for) all the same size (7"x 16") through the years? Thanks in advance BR Arny
  11. Could someone provide that Superliner Manual again? Would really appreciate it.
