  1. Thank you so much on voltage problems was ground please if possable help me with why my thur shaft keeps breaking 2016 mack m drive 12 speed 3 times now
  2. Morning guys I'm new to this so hopefully I won't mess up to bad. Anyhow my 2016 mac pinnacle m drive. Keep breaking the thru shaft at output end, 3 times now 1st time nut holding yoke 1st rear. Came off and tore up 17000$ of stuff this nut was wrong one from factory and big law suits and recalls. Of course my built date is 2015 but titled 2016. Got blam on that. 2nd time just crusing 2nd load of 3 daily 26-27 tons gravel. Was told tire size I've changed many tires but ok.3rd time empty went to barn it sat 4 days went to pull it forward to wash and first drive line was rotating but no go had to use lock to repark on gravel. It looks as if it keeps cracking and finally failure oil stain colors differ in different areas of break and two shiny spots 2nd one looked the same. I'm at wits end truck only has 1/2 million and gets great loving. As stated I'm lost the mechanics are now lost any idea please
  3. ok my 2016 mack pinnacle is going crazy running 16.5+ radio goes blank and guard dog will say my thing that holds you on a grade for 3 seconds after releasing break went blank what it's called sorry malfunction and transmission will not shift properly it will hold and whatever gear maybe 12th and I stop at a light I'll give it to gas or go to first second third fourth each and every gear the wires behind my master switch are too hot to hold I shut truck off shut master switch off for about 2 minutes start up and it goes fine both these drops down 15 something and it will do it randomly four to five times a day anybody got any kind of idea I keep thinking alternator but I'm not sure please help new guy on the Block

Is it possible for a shop to put the wrong opinion in a rear end of my Mack from past experiences on vehicles I know that the ring and pinion are so as they set but could somebody possibly just stick the pinion in and have it be the wrong gear ratio what's happening is my third axle tires look like little ski jumps they're spinning faster than axle number two which destroyed my rear end output shaft and I'm just lost they said oh it's because of tires I measure with a tape on concrete the tires are only a quarter inch difference many times I've changed just four tires on that axle four tires on the other axle ever since this shop had the truck the first time when the pinion that came loose and ripped it up it's done this and now it's ripped it up again anybody got any idea please help me

      If some one put in only the pinion gear not with matching ring gear::1-should possibly have a whining noise ;2- mismatched ratios it should have blown apart depending the mileage. 3- front rear ratio different than rear rear driveline would have twisted apart. 4- not knowing what this unit is ==highway tractor; dump etc. 5- when tires were changed one axle at a time ; are the same style tires installed on all 8??? 6- have you checked the brake performance in terms of all working /adjusted the same ???  chopping tires would be brake application  out of adjust. no smoking rubber when brakes applied??
