    I would use a 3/4 inch plate . make it so it bolts in and isn't welded. that way if you ever have to pull things apart in the back you can. my dump has a welded one and i wish it was different cause I have to change the rear a-frame and will have to use on made by dawson, it uses the bushings on the inside of the frame as spacers.

    what is the best way to clean dirty rims, these have paint and oxide on them. they are in good shape and I don't want to mess them up using the wrong stuff on them. I have 2 that are full offset and 4 that are 3/4 offset, or what ever the proper term is. these a budd style and will except a 426/6522.5. would be interested in trading the 3/4 offsets if i dont use them. i need to change the hubs to see if the full offsets will work on my Brockway. thanks gg2

    if the check book allows , I have a line on a haul truck. the price is right for me, not much for the time I would use it. it might only get 150 hrs a yr. but it would be mine. gg2
