I hauled logs with a 91 super liner with the big mack V8 and all I know, when ya built up manifold pressure and that turbo finally spilled, it would set ya right back in the seat. besides running it by the pyrometer, when I had to split a shift going into a pull... that thing would shoot a flame out of the air cleaners and pick it back up... kinda a mean motor. still pulled good even when ya dropped it down in rpm... ah.. the good ol days lmao!!
