Negative ground conversion

Hello everyone! I'm relatively new to the old Mack realm and I was wondering how I would go about converting my 1974 R model to negative ground. I'm sure it's simple but I'm just wondering how I would go about doing it? Thanks! -

Good eye, that is a humidor. The shop is actually used for my for my truck repair business but she gets a corner behind the work bay. Yes, I knew about the V8 going in but for all the truck will do once back on the road I'm not too concerned about it. -
