  1. I removed some zip-ties to the ac compressor wiring harness, searched for damaged wires, found no damage. Rechecked for voltage. Now I'm getting battery voltage to the ac comp. electrical connector and to fuse53. Wiggled the wiring harness but cannot duplicate no voltage issue. Checked the pressure switch and fan switch for voltage. Getting battery voltage. I went ahead and replaced the ac dryer and expansion valve. Issue continued. I've inspected the cabin air filter and found no issue. No, I have inspected the thermostat. I will do so. Thank you for the response.
  2. I have a 2009 Mack. AC is not blowing cold air. I connected the ac machine to the unit. The low side psi is High and the high side psi is Low. Recovered the refrigerant. I only pulled 1.4lbs. Charged the system with 3lbs. The same issue continues. Check the ac comp. clutch. The ac com. clutch on the unit can't be see. I checked the resistance at the ac comp. clutch. I got 4.5ohms, which I believe is correct. Checked for voltage at the ac comp. electrical connector (harness side). No voltage is getting to the ac comp. Checked the fuses and found fuse FU53 (AC Comp. Clutch) is also not getting power. Checked the fuse to verify if it was damaged. I even swapped out the fuse for another 10amp fuse. Issue continues. I inspected the harness for damage by the ac comp. electrical connector. No damaged wires are visible. What would be my next step. I have not been able to find any other fuse boxes.
