  1. Thought I would update, the mount was not the problem it turns out it was the synchro and mainly the clutch pack was burned. I went ahead and had them rebuild the back half of the transmission, changed both mounts, put a new clutch and clutch pin, rear main seal and now she's running great 👍🏽 🤠 I had more pics but they won't upload Thanks everyone for all your help, I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
  2. I dropped it off this morning at the shop to get the mount fixed 🤞🏻 that it's my problem
  3. Sorry I'm still not sure what part the inner boot is. You mean the rubber that sits on the cab floor or the one lower down right atop the transmission? 20241021_145546.heic 20241021_145557.heic
  4. Strainer was clean The inner boot? I'm not sure what part that is...
  5. Plug on the left is drain, right is side fill plug. I found a couple pieces little bigger than a grain of sand the rest is fine material
  6. The other pics won't upload for some reason
  7. Yea I was hoping to avoid taking it to mack because I already know how expensive that's going to be. The truck was in a head on collision about 2-3 years ago. Driver said the other person ran the light, but my insurance ended up paying for the other car and police report said he ran it 🤷🏽‍♂️ I'll post some pictures, it hit on the passenger side front headlight area and was enough to bend the frame slightly. I'm thinking this might have been when the mount cracked. At that time I decided never to let another driver touch my truck because they always find some way to damage something 🙄 I'm going to drain the transmission oil today. I removed the side covers of the rear ends and didn't see anything that looked bad, but I'm not a differential specialist or anything. I'll drain those rears either today or tomorrow. Thanks for all the help guys 🙏🏻
  8. Something i just noticed, broken mount on the drivers side. Think this could affect it? It only clicks and jumps a little bit when I let off the accelerator in high gears. I can drive it all day without it doing anything if I keep even a tiny bit of pressure on the accelerator...
  9. Wow that's alot of svc manuals. I was thinking of trying to get ahold of some for my truck. I'm still debating if I should remove the transmission myself or take it in and have it done. I've never done a job this big and it's kind of daunting 😵‍💫 Also, do you think the range selection valve, or slave valve, could cause something like this? Maybe a leaky o ring or something?
  10. Thanks Paul. Question, if I remove the top rear top cover would I be able to see if there's a problem with the range shift synchro? I just want to try and verify before I pull it. I checked the rear ends and they're fine
  11. You're right and I'm hoping it's a rear end issue. I'm going to pull the side covers in the next few days. I did notice they are leaking. Also I am able to rotate the drive shaft a little bit, maybe about 1" play side to side by hand with the truck in neutral, is this normal?
  12. My truck is a 2000 model ch613 with a T2090 transmission. Do you know anything about those? The cover has never been off but I'll be removing slave valve and top cover pretty soon after I check the rear ends
