I work for shyft group and have built gas, diesel and ev trucks. And I can confirm that shyft group will not be building any Isuzu products once this plant is up and running. The plant I currently work in build both diesel and ev, while another plant on campus builds the n gas series.
oh and btw mower man we’ve been building them in Michigan for sometime. The f series comes with a Cummins 6.7 and an Allison transmission, it’s less foreign than you’d think. Especially when compared to actual American manufactures sadly. If you’re curious on what they look like just google f series
