  1. Looks very good. I used to be sceptic to most models although your project starts to be likely to myself. Definitely like the deck. Not shure we might see a real one of the kind but this thing could be easily custom made, no doubt. And I'd like to describe the first picture next: "Why did you built the real sized sleeper box of cardboard to put actual magazins in it?" Promise to look over your work this summer.
  2. Is this the same one you have now? Like the colors of 70's.
  3. I also surprized when learned L's have it at rear. You can see the number stamped right above the cable if make the pic large. Sorry, haven't found a better one in 'puter. As far as I know all NR's had it this place, NM I have also got it stamped there, although it has another frame design of uppered front end to clear front drive axle.
  4. Hubs look 20's so I suppose it's of light series so might be LFSW. Mike, correct me if I think wrong way. By the word, NR chassis has number at the front of left rail, behind and a bit in front of Pitman arm's shaft. Haven't heared about the same location on L-models, frames look mostly similar.
  5. Looks like LFSW sleeper cab
  6. Love mounain enviroment! To see and drive with a bike Was born and used to live in flat area. Thank you for posting Tim.
  7. I can not tell it you for shure, the info is straight from a sales broshure. Following the matter of written it would.
  8. Looks stupid of course but impressive. I see some stacked pick-ups overhere although no Mustangs. Sad about 2 big holes in a body but it's his property and the look of things.
  9. Have a great B-day!
  10. B designates the selection of the optional reverse ratio gear set.
  11. Hi! I'm seeing this "wolf" unit each time I visit our local bike club. That's a biggest biker mess here in Moscow and too probably the biggest one in Russia. Club's name is "Night Wolves" so it determined the idea of this monster's design. The truck is built of the twin screw ZiL-133 (relatively rare vehicle) with V8 KamAZ engine. Trailer is also stylized for the movie's prototype. Every summer guys make a bike trip to the city of Sevastopol (Ukraina), near the Black sea. The truck heads the convoy along the way. More info here: www.bikecenter.ru
  12. Tom, I see you so exited about fading black so repainted KW's hood.
  13. Happy birthday, best wishes!
  14. BC Mack, that device is great! It's what I'm thinking about. Although a line of questions came on a surface - how to order and recieve it, when and where to drive truck/bike, and how fast I might restore up my R-model? So slowly going down as usual Tom, a can of ATF oil tells me it conteins 0.946L. Diesel costs about $1.08 now so you should not drive here tanking, to enjoy sightseeing by a trip only. I can try to send a bottle of via post to you although it might get the same troubles as about the sauce
  15. Top mounted deflector or a sun visor in frony of windshield? If the first I have them 3 at all, need one plus one as a reserve. So able to part with the third one although haven't many ideas of how get it travelling overseas.
  16. Those cabovers are of the same kind as the one had front bumper thrown out near the lake in Russia. Although somebody noted Australians built them with R-model frames. Or some bunch of them.
  17. Thank you Mike. I got confused about those frames. I know R's had V8's although they were RL/RS with straight front end ones. Something new to me of ENDT-1005 - could I look anywhere for a bit of info?
  18. Does it mean Superliner I had no V8 option ???
  19. Hey guys, don't speak those things so wide open! Anybody as far as in Russia know where that "poor" guy would going to.
  20. Does the diesel cost $4.4 per gallon in the States? It's about $1 per litre overhere now and local folks say fuel is right for free in the US! I saw interesting rebuilts of buses with a living room and a "garage" backside. Saw that average truck in Germany, probably someone bobtailed with a bike on it. Thinking over this idea also for R-model as a hobby vehicle. I can't run into most big cities so would like to have a bike with me if I go long way trip around the country I plan for some day..
  21. I sure will. Have plans about R for the sommer although will do it slowly because of the main current Olive drab project. What English town do you mean exactly?
  22. Did that reactor work slowly when you observed it? I plan to make touristic trip over Chernobyl' atomic plant crash area, Ukraineans provide those tours. Although a friend of mine who was born that area and has his mother living 80 km from told me that heavy concrete structure for covering broken reactor isn't sitting slowly but jumping up from time to time... Nice to see your last edition, thank you.
  23. You are going right way Pawel, thank you for sharing. I haven't seen that brochure
  24. Top logo looks good on my mind. As for a second color(s) I think it looks well when it repeats the second main color of a vehicle (hubs, frame, trailer etc.)
  25. Mack decals avalible on Watts separately if you'd want to refresh them. They're cheap.
