  1. Mixing up fuel tanks is normal if you're just starting to use a truck. My both R's have each one operatable tank, of coure I need to remember what of every time I want to start any of them.
  2. I see it was nice sunny day. What is the place the barn is with the forest surround? Is it aside a little village or in some distance from a city?
  3. What a terrible things are going around you! To sorry about all that happened. Vlad
  4. What the Lanova is under the LJ's hood ? ED or END672? Couldn't you make a pair of side pictures of it? Is there H67 behind the LJ? I like them both.
  5. A little note: not 12 but 13 grands!
  6. Tom, thanks for the link.So many things to learn all around the world.
  7. When I see pictures of the kind I want to start drive/ride/fly!I rode some hundreds of km of the way that seemed like this in Turkey a pair of years ago. There are wide roads with not many vehicles, a desert with little mounains layed around. The only unpretty thing was too hot with a sun, I rode a motorbike overthere.
  8. Looks really nice indeed! You'll need the chrome dog to put into a bath with diesel fuel for some weeks and next try to off the screwed piece of steel from his leg. I'm shure he would enjoy that.
  9. Does it have the wheelbase longer?

    It's cool!
  11. The H's are awesome! The ex-army NM with GB plates has aftermarket wrecker unit although maybe was rebuilt during WW2. And here is my pair of nickels, combining wreckers with Australian theme
  12. Cold war? I though It was during WW2, the Alaska highway.
  13. KW flag carrier is nice. Aluminium logs seems to me usually as pieces of gold. Due to their price. And I always like road shots. Especially the winter one. That's unusual weather at me when a snow laying around with a dry clean road. Our winer roads are mostly dirty, with lots of salt mixed with sand.
  14. How do you like the steering radius? The ex-owner of my R enjoyed it with his IH 9400.
  15. What the lovely pictures! The Superliner costs no less than a soul traded to devil.
  16. Don't you know the guy with a name of Chris, he lives in Brisbane and has ex-army Mack NM? Vlad
  17. Last your thoughts seems to me as a good way. And it's normally that you are looking around for different solutions moving step by step to a true one you don't know of what kind at the moment.
  18. Quite the same way.
  19. That light green dump looks very nice for an everyday working machine. Hope you will get the second one with the same attraction soon. What the engine is under the hood? Vlad
  20. Larry, thank you for thoughts. Yes, you are true, the air releases at 150 psi or near of. Don't remember well, I haven't run the truck too much. 60 is the pressure for switching off the warning light. Some valve releases the air from time to time with short portions if I'm not using brakes at the while. Standing in a city jam I used to my area I hear that air shots every minute but treading a break pedal from time to time I get it off. The previous owner said he needed to revise a valve an a fire wall but didn't. I know I must learn everything about it in a book and make it up. Just saw your issue and meant you met anything like my one. About O-rings I'm always on your side. Prefere to be shure of what is inside and understand roots of a problem. And a money spend is not the main reason.
  21. It was something about that for books from Autorepairmanuals.
  22. OD, you mate have it done !That's my dream truck, I'll see it for nearest some houres during my sleep. What's a first digit of the chassis number?
  23. That all was very well done. Your friends and relatives must be happy about it. And I red many other people also.
  24. That crack seems to me it was welded before and cracked again. There is a reason to worry about.
  25. My heart is filled of better sence with Mack wrecker. And the weather lookes warmer. Although I like that 3 axle FLD and glad to see you still have blue sky and no SNOW.
