  1. Ha Ha !! I hate those Magnums . The only true Magnums in my book are the ones made in 1985 and are black . Thanks Josh .
  2. Thanks for the picture. Does any body else have any pictures of either Superliner or Ultraliner Magnums. I would really appriciate any pictures of the Magnums. The picture I enclosed is Will Wingo's. Thanks, Josh.
  3. Thanks for the link to the Magnum . Keep it coming guys . Thanks, Josh.
  4. I have a book that came with the Superliner my Dad drives that shows all the Mack dealers at the time that dates to 1989. I'll have to dig it out tomorrow. Thanks, Josh.
  5. I'm looking for Mack Ultraliner and Superliner Magnum pictures. There was an alleged 250 built all with 9 speeds, E9 400-500 engines, and a spacial level 4 interior. All were painted black and said MAGNUM====== on the side in red with yellow fading into red stripes behind that. Two of my cousins and my Great Uncle each had one and one other cousin has a Blue wanabe . Will Wingo, a friend of mine, has one that he restored. I some other stuff about them to but I' m not going to ramble on. Do any of you have any of info to add to what I have said or any pictures? I think Magnums are the best Looking of the Superliners and Ultraliners. Add what ever you can. Thanks, Josh.
  6. That is the one I was thinking of. The AB I know of has hard rubber tires. Does any one know where there is a set of rims and spokes like the ones pictured or similar ones? Also I would need a set of fenders and a cab. Even a patern of the cab and fenders would help. I would appritiate any help on the matter. Thanks.
  7. I posted up on ACMOC's website about 1940's Caterpillar truck engines and somebody posted this photo. It's an AB Mack log truck powered by a D4400 Caterpillar Diesel dating to about 1938 or so. I've seen another similar AB in a Mack book but it has a D3400 Caterpillar Diesel engine in it. This would be the perfect truck for me, Antique Mack powered by an Antique Caterpillar engine. I thought I would post it up for anyones interest. Also I know where there is an AB chasis with no engine that I might get to make a clone just for something a little different. I already have the engine so all I would need is a cab, 2 fenders, and a transmission.Hope you enjoy this picture. Thanks.
  8. I was just wondering what the serial is on the DM897SX and what did they do with the 375 engine? Also why did they pull out the V8? Thanks.

  11. Here's some pictures of our Chysler HT413[aka EN414] engine in our B421S. The truck is a 1959 and I'm about 98% sure it's factory. I also know that Mack at least powered the R410 by the same engine. I would like any and all the information on other Chrysler powered Macks that you can give. Also our cousins had one a long time ago in a B model they scraped. My brother and I are Chrysler and Mack nuts, so any thing would be helpful espessialy about the B models. Thanks.
  12. That's definitey an EFU or an EGU, but it's propibly an EGU.Thanks.
  13. Thanks for all the info guys. The truck we have has one B-421 emblem so if need be I could find at least one emblem, or have some made. Thanks for the engine model in your truck Packer.

  17. A friend of my has what is saposibly a B-52. It originaly had a 707 gas, but he replaced it with a 672 diesel. I haven't looked at it in a while to see what the serial number tag says or on the frame. I do know it's not a B-53. Also every thing I've ever seen says there is no such thing as a B-52. Thanks for any help on the matter.

  23. It has solid rubber tires on spoke wheels. The only thing left of the chain drive is the rear sprockets on rear axle. As for wheelbase I don't really know. The condtion is completely rusty and froze stiff. Let me know if there is any more questions. Thanks.
