R model cabs
Yoos Brothers Construction replied to mackdaddy's topic in Exterior, Cab, Accessories and Detailing
Is the LTL Burgandy? I just seen a picture I saved of a LTL that had V8 signs on the hood and I noticed that it had an RS frame. -
R model cabs
Yoos Brothers Construction replied to mackdaddy's topic in Exterior, Cab, Accessories and Detailing
I Know what your talking about. I know where there is an all original 1973 R600 fire truck local to me that is the same as Your R700 Dan. I thought it was strange too. I might even have a picture of it. Thanks, Josh -

That would be great if you do still have it. Keep me posted. Thanks, Josh -
Hey guys I'm looking for a non air ride cab cross member for a 78-84 Superliner like the one in my picture. FYI it is not the same RS/RL Valuleliner. The Superliner one is taller. Many thanks, Josh

Magnum Questions
Yoos Brothers Construction replied to 41chevy's topic in Antique and Classic Mack Trucks General Discussion
All Magnums were RW613s and MH613s. I have heard of a few Magnums with spokes on the rear. A far as interiors they all left the factory with level IV red not oxblood red. I've included some interior pictures of my Magnum. Josh -

Registry: Mack EF
Yoos Brothers Construction replied to Yoos Brothers Construction's topic in Truck Stories
I have a list of all the Magnums and Freedom series RWs and MHs built that my good friend Will Wingo (phil dirt) compiled from info he researched at the Mack Museum. -
I remember seeing a Magnum Superliner pulling a dump once in a while back when when I was a kid riding with Dad in his Superliner on I 80 when we would be getting on from I 79. It was a day cab from what I remember. Dad told me that he used to see it and a Ultraliner Magnum pulling a dump as well. I don't know who's they were but I know which ones your talking about. My Cousins and Great Uncle always hauled steel with there 4 Magnums across I 80 and up and down I 79. Josh

Some progress on the Magnum. I've buffed out some of the paint and redone most of the pinstripes. The 32 year old Imron paint still has a hell of shine! I have to get the new doors painted and start on changing the rockers after I get done with the Superliner of Thunderdogs that I'm repainting. Josh

I haven't been able to get on here in quite a while but here's the finished product for those who haven't seen it. I ran it all summer with no major issues!
