  4. Yah Paul rub it in Ozzie weather is very nice! Back in Vermont it would be getting in the 60's during the day and in the high 30's at night.
  5. A few from today. This Volvo is an auto with a 460A lot of the drivers want to run this unitThe Trident getting loadedA cat truck with an 18 speed and 550 Cat. Then we went and rescued a cat loader stuck in a paddockFor a fall day it was in the 70's!
  6. slpwlker, yes they chain the gates and spread. It is pretty interesting327:spreading gravel 2.JPG]
  7. Welcome and great looking truck!
  8. I agree gearhead, I was taught to put the heavier load on the truck and the lighter load on the trailer. But with the trailer configurations here I think it works.
  9. Paul backing the quad is a little easier I think than backing a hay wagon and the trailer gets emptied first than the truck by jacking it around. Interesting load laws here compared to Vermont. The truck carries a 12 pay load and the trailer 19 tons. True Jim, That green F model was built in OZ for the ministry of defense and came with an auto box.

  12. Paul I was at the Banks Peninsula and the fog was coming up one side of the mountains from the sea. Yes the lack of snow and cold will be very different . Thanks Vlad! It was about 70F in the afternoon but the air coming up the mountains was cooler from the ocean which was making the fog. Very cool drive! Timmy, R&R is much appreciated and to find it all you have to do is point yourself in any direction and GO! I've been by many winery's but haven't stopped yet. Well wait till Kristen arrives.
