Ron it's all good with pilots and permits. There is a need for drivers just like in the USA. Can't take a job from a Kiwi but if the company can't fill the position there is a very good chance to get a visa.

Jim the lines are not, but are higher than back in the states and legal height here is 4.25 meters. We always have to watch out for wires and signal lights. Take the gutter or the middle of the road

Thanks Vlad, I hope to keep work as exciting as possible. There is talk of work on the North island and maybe a few weeks in Fiji also. This would be cool. I found crossing Fords pretty interesting and a little scary. High and no rails for the sense of securityHard to beat these views too

Real, I believe there is a shortage every where in the world. As for your CDL it is good here you must take the written test though. Milking cows is good honest work!
