  7. The National Seismographic and Theoretical Nuclear Federal Department of Terrestrial Land and Tremor Survey called me on my cell phone today. I dont know where they got my number. They said sensors and alarms were going off in my area and wanted to know if I had any giant brushpiles going on, well, magine that, I said I did. They said earth had tilted 4 degrees off its axis and was in danger of spinning out of control, due to my large piles and inbalance of nature thereof and offered to go ahead and pay me daily wages to just quit and go home. I suggested they load all the cargo planes they had with ball bearings and peterbilt scrap (oughta be lots of that) and go on other side and dump it for counterbalance cause I had work to do and hung up on them. The nerve of them folks! Y'all just get a grip and hang on, i aint done yet,,,heh heh,,,randyp (sorry, got bored again)

  9. and also "Chief Shutterbug Rob", dont wanna hear too many more of those verbal "slip-ups" like you made when you started this post. Im not sure I can even make my bony fingers type such blasphemy,,,but I quote,,,"Too many Macks?" Ahem,,,I forgive you this time,,,no such thing as too many Macks though. Lets just forget you typed that and chalk it up to "photo artist strain". randyp
  10. Im right there with you on the mindless picture snapping pardner, aint it just glorious? These fancy dandy digital cameras are the going thing, I couldnt be affording all this in the old days with film developing. Now this shot here, I cussed and fussed and bellered black smoke out my stack for bout hour trying to root big ole dumb stupid stump out, finally pried it out and this lil fellow was hiding under it. I guess I wrecked his house,,,randyp

  20. Thanks Rhasler, well, it was regularly $149.95, went on sale for $129.95, but I paid an extra $30.00 to join Northern Tools hotline club so i will get Free shipping for a year on anything else I order so I got the $30.00 back pretty quick cause shipping is really high. It weighed 53 pounds. I shouldnt be getting too rough with it anyway, and I liked the built in evac pump and hose. Heh,,the non-english speaking oil change laborers at truck service center here was making me really nervous. Hell, they dont even know wich way is loosening or tightening a bolt. I didnt wanna risk an engine screwing round with them yahoos. Our county here maintains a free oil disposal here so getting rid of oil has never been a problem. I have been known to put in brushpiles and burn too. (Dam sure aint putting no tires in there though, thats nuther story for later post,,,heh heh) randyp
  21. I shoulda took a before pic of all junk in back, but didnt, gotta reload it tommorrow, but gonna be more careful and organized this time. randyp
  22. Lo-profile oil drain cart, gotta start doing own oil changes in big trucks, reason being,,thats story for later. Its made in china,,kinda thin and cheap, prolly cant get too rough with it, has rotary evacuation pump with 8 ft. hose, 129.00 with free shipping. randyp
  23. got 5 drawers, sits low so isnt noticable, and weatherproof, and lockable.
  24. I ordered me some stuff from Northern Tool, it came in yesterday, and I got through installing it in my ole work truck bout dark tonight. Ole Blackie is a 93 chevy Z-71 I been driving it for 18 years now, not a bit of trouble with it, still strong. I emptied bed out of junk, poured lil de-greaser in it, went uptown and gave it a good washing out at carwash. I have never been a big fan of crossover toolboxes or even toolboxes that you just set in back, had a couple lifted out through the years, but thats a story for another post later,,,heh heh,,have a good chainsaw recovery story will tell later. Anyway, got a Geneva brand toolbox with 5 drawers bolted down in back of truck, its kinda neat, when you let tailgate down, theres a good worktable and tools areright there in drawers. I like it so much, gonna order another for other side when budget permits. It was kinda pricey, but is very well made with black powder coating. I keep a big socket set in cab, Craftsman in plastic case, and it fits good behind drivers seat so mostly just wanted something for wrenches and screwdrivers and small parts and stuff. I want another one!! randyp
  25. I agree Hat, lets not let them get any ideas bout classes and such as all that. just get groceries on table woman, bring me TV remote, pipe down, and go get ready for sex, my show is almost over,,,randyp
