    Both are really nice rigs. I think superliner attract women, rw613 just added a pics of his superliner with an eyecandy on it in the superliner pictures forum.

    Older hood style is 2'' shorter then new hood style. Not talking about the new rd with square headlight. This change was made in 84-85 when they added the air to air. Might be the reason

    few years back one went to an auction. it went thrue a truck 'dealer'. When i contacted them they told me it was srapt and I ask for remaining parts. the answer was nothing. I drove 350 miles to get theyre, and it was true. I was almost sure the cab would still be there but I guess they ran over it with their dozer just for the fun of doing it. it was a sad day.

    yes it was. I like the WB with the short spread. another exhaust would have been realy welcome.

    No its an E6, for sure this one would stay original when or if we restore it. Still mot finish with the superliner i'm rebuilding for myself and many many projects in mind. Just nice to say i have a liberty!!

    if you get the decal redone, I'll be interested in a set. they're still good for model and nice for the years but will need to be replaced if I repaint the truck but not in a near future. another project on the things to do!

    Yes it is, I bought it online from pictures. Was very happy to make the 700 miles back with no problem at all. Couldnt let this dog go for a boat ride. What are you doing with yours Mike?

    It was at RB auctions March 21, sold to a guy in Manitoba, anyone bought it or know the new owner? I contacted RB and let a msg to the new owner but he didn't call me back.

    First issue will be with the frame. It's made in aluminium and corrode with every bracket bolted without protection betwen. It really depend on where the truck is and spent his life. Parts for older v8 are getting rare.
