    all these truck are from Quebec. The blue R-700 got a 375 V8. the year after that he put twin 6'' stack and turn the screw a bit. maybe twin 12'' stack would not even be enough to breathe that black smoke. He's now racing a blue Superliner with a 450 as a base. It was amazing to see that Mack doing it start. The cabover isn't equiped with an automatic, but the guy got a nice hand as you can see. he's the brother of the international with the Detroit. the burgundy Superliner was r is now twin turbo. they call him Big Mack Attack!

    when somebody plan to put volvo scrap in a Mack my heart overspeed... let Mack make HIS own thing like they always did... copy on something wrong isn't bright!!!

    depend what you want... Dm400 exist... really small. superliner with 65 on the rear also exist for forest transport. at the time Mack was producing so much nice thing that you have to choose...

    we run both of them, both are nice, different fuel pump and maybe turbo...

    if you have a air to air problem, turbo, air leaking around manifold your truck must smoke black clearly! if it's the aneroid valve, no black smoke, no power... just get the info on how this thing work (pretty simple) and test it before doing any big test.

    5 oshkosh front discharge mixer with 330/350 cummins and Ht-740 Allisson. one of them with more then 16000 hours without any trouble. cost some oil and filter. that's it! they're not as good as a 12 speed Mack but they can handle lot's of abuse too

    Mack get back on track here in Quebec with there Granite... lot's more new granite then new RD a couple years ago...

    how's the sound of the cummins with the straight pipe?

    these is a small brass or ? washer in the hole of the head. this make your injector seal. exaclty like the little washer on hyd. brake hose.... remove it, put some grease at the end of a flat screwdrivers and clean the hole (grease keep the dust and bad thing from falling inside) put a new washer and torue your injector back. make sure that the problem is that seal before loosing couple of hours doing it..
