  2. Grandpa "So Vinnie, hows that Big Mack Truck thingy doing? "Its great grampa. They are some neat people on there" Grandma"How are all your imaginery friends?" "There great. Lots of good information and ideas. They said to get an old Pepsi trailer and we can put the snowmobiles in sideways" "Theres on guy, Rob, he's smarter than my math teacher. But he sometimes uses words I don't know" Grandpa"Like what, transmission parts or something?" "No, today he called some lady a cunt (grandma faints) Whats that?"
  3. Since Rob used that word, he can explain to Vinnie

  5. ummm-should we tell the broker that the truck is a tandem? or just bargain down on the price? It is a beauty, but needs some black paint
  6. Good luck with the new venture. DO NOT be in a hurry to get down. Just in time to start bringing the snow birds cars back home

  8. Thanks all for the B-day wishes. Olive............................nevermind
  9. Once the real firetrucks arrived, they had foam available. Them ext. from 30 feet had zero effect.
  10. Tims joke . . . . . . . . . . . Umodelnut
  11. First-WTF did I do to deserve that? Second- put the little )&^*^ in to the armed forces, maybe he will grow a set
  12. Local landfill has one, but the trailer is seperated from the truck. Only about 6-7 inches, just enough to clear the fifth wheel/pin. A section comes up and hits the landing gear
  13. Should work with the cruise control. RPM can be adjusted in computer to max. Cruise on, cruise set, adjust up to desired speed. hit brake or clutch pedal kick out. That is how my 2001 is setup, so, I may be wrong on the newer. Won't be a first for me either
  14. Enjoy New England. Snow up there could cause a problem. Snow chains may be needed. Ann says "we" don't do chains
  15. They great for storm clean up type work because of the reach and lift capabilities. BUT, with the out and down outriggers, they take up a lot of space. Most disaster response companies don't use them since they take up all the road. If you are using it on your property wher taking 20 foot isn't a problem and off loading is the same, go for it. I looked at one before I picked up the MACK/Rotobec. Controls are all screwed up compared to the Prentice
  16. Thats for sissy's. need a pair of jumper cable clamps.
  17. Back off the meds a little there, sunshine
  18. He doesn't pay for his and never will now. So he just don't care about anyone else.
  19. A) offense yeah they do, but we have a bigger problem as they are running this country---into the ground
  20. Swangin' meat? They like to roll if not careful. Superliner looks good
  21. Oneglie (sp) and Gervasoni O&G Industries-CT
  22. Guess thats what you get living on a farm
  23. A nice clean truck shows pride. An assumption that if the driver keeps the truck clean, he would also be diligent with Maint. A dirty truck shows just the opposite. Yes Mr. DOT may not want to get dirty, but these are the trucks they should be targeting. I see plenty of transfer tailers from Miami area that make me shudder to be around. BAD tires, maybe some lites work, leaking oil on the scale.
