Too many companies are now becoming "corporate". Used to be decisions were made on a Local/regional level. Different conditions require different strategies. Now, we must check with the corporate office somewhere. they look out the window and say, hmm, sunny here, run the trucks. Meanwhile the local office has 2 feet of snow and more coming down. I know a guy that was supposed to retire in October 2010. paperwork is ....... nobody knows where it is.

Queensland Is getting HAMMERED by a Cat 5 cyclone. We call them hurricanes here. winds over 180 mph. Hope that they all come through with relatively minor damage.

Thank you hasler. this appears to be the problem. Looks like a 2 hour job. disconnect 58 things, two minute repair, then put it all back together. What has to be removed for access? Is there a part# for it, or just smear silicone and move along?
