most block heaters were powered straight from a 110 source nothing in the motor like a fuse, etc. 1) electric outlet has power 2) plug ends are clean 3) broke wire 4) bad unit I tested mine running a generator-could hear the motor surge when I plugged it in

most likely the O-rings replace hold down bolts at the same time. may have to bar engine over to get some in place change oil and filters
