    Thanks all for the B-day wishes. The hat came in handy today with that rocket having problems. Polished some aluminum on the truck and then went to the beach. Not the hot dog beach, better. Was a girls dance group there. Can't get the video for some reason, but did have two nice ladies let me take their picture

    Yeah we should, but I don't remember right now. Didn;t own a truck up there. drove for bethel sand, reliable Excavating, Danbury carting I get up there occasionally. Will have to look you up next trip Do you know Carmen deicke?

    First question is-why do they not stay adjusted.? There may be a metal band on top that is not tight or broken. Had that problem with one several years ago. Trying to find actual part name/number. was not expensive and fixed in ten minutes

    Last ditch effort to try to remain significant in the world. Overall, navistar was hanging on via the smaller (Class 6 & 7) trucks. And the very large fine Uncle Sam hit them with, surprised in a way that they still any money. E Z Pack and related companies are a large player in the garbage world. Hope they don't get dragged down by "creative engineering"

    Palm Beach County Sherrifs Office has a crew for truck inspections. They would just hang out near a large pit. Picking off trucks all day. I will say, some of those trucks needed to be parked.

    Well, it's done. second pin dropped with little problem. The only other problem, the mechanic wanted to change the inner bearings on drivers side. Thems a beotch to get the race out. I learned-Glad it is not a routine job like oil change or tires. Between helping/watching, learned quite a bit

    By now, the 2 piece POS radiator should have been replaced. That group of engines were very good. Not much computer control, but more computer monitor. You should get around 6 mpg

    Forgot to add: Phone was attached to the wall. could only walk about 3 feet from it, OR get a looooong coiled cord that dragged on the floor and everyone tripped over it A dishwasher was the lady of the house and/or kids

Shovel snow for some money Remember when Dad got one of the adjustable TV antenaa's Box on top of the TV. Would make a hell of a "clunk" sound as it turned And Saturday am cartoons were "the best"
