Jake's on a Dynatard engine

Yes, the engine is a ENDT B 676. I guess I should have been more specific in my original post. My apologies for that. -
Couldn't find any discussion on this so... I've got a E6 2valve engine. The spec sheet and the plate say it came with a Dynatard. The rear head had been changed at some point prior to my owning it. The head does not have a solenoid or any indication of the parts/pieces for the Dynatard. I have the complete kit, Jacobs Model 675A, that I would like to install. Is this a doable thing, or is this a big headache and/or mistake? I am aware that its a small engine and the performance doesn't compare to other engines, but would still like to know if this can actually be installed and work reliably in this set up.

This is an old friend from Connecticut's truck. I worked at the dealership in Bridgeport when he took delivery of it. It was his dream truck. I believe it's an '88 model RD, if I can remember.
