  1. That is a priceless shot. We have that problem on a road up this way. They miss the get on ramp for I-90, and try to do a U-turn on a county blacktop. I have often wondered about how much money a "big" fleet spends in one day on "mishaps" -Brad
  2. My Dad had a 79'day cab painted just like that. It had a Cat motor, fuller 13 sp. on camelback. -Brad
  3. It's still a 13 letter, shit spreader.- Brad
  4. Thanks for posting the video of our truck beating your truck at Boone County. Oh, wait you didn't. j/k, Brad
  5. I agree with Rob. Eastern hood, Western Grille. An F-model Western grille is the same as a R-model Western grille. -Brad
  6. Hey Gambi I been looking for you all week. Been hauling down to CGB in Utica. I did see a Petercar sproting your name. Must be a misguided sibling? Thought I might see ya at that hot mix plant there by I-80. Guess there is always next week. -Brad
  7. Hey otherdog... We haul out of that block plant in Morris all the time. We are their "house carrier" Too bad I didn't see ya around. I've been looking for Gambini all week around Utica,IL. Hauling corn down there. -Brad
  8. Guess I should have stated that I was speaking of Iowa 80. I will only buy stuff from them now if I happen to be out that way, or down on the "south side" by the the Truck-o-mat. They own that place to and have chrome stuff there also. -Brad
  9. My father and myself have both had problems getting the correct items. They would send you the wrong stuff then you have to send it back. A real pain the butt. Shipping charges are a lil on the high side compared to others. -Brad
  10. Rob was up this way last summer. I took him out to the farm and loaded him up with load of B-model parts. If I wasn't on the damn phone all the time, we prolly would have fired it up and took it out. -Brad
  11. Thanks to everyone for the support, even Constable Randy. I will tell you it has been a hell of an adventure so far.- Brad
  12. I am running for the county board here in Boone county. We were in the our local week early 4th of July parade. This was by far the best day of campaigning, because we worked a truck into the mix.-Brad
  13. That's funny stuff. My wife even thinks it is funny. -Brad
  14. Just thinking out load here......You should have a fair amount of clearence "bottom of cab to top of frame" Maybe think about a set up from a CH. Is your raditor isolated to the frame or cab? Brad
  15. You could start working on your B' if those guys in Marengo would get you cut off ready for you. I put some asphalt based sound damping stuff on the engine side of the firewall and the inside(interior) of the cab floor. It is a noticeable difference, but not nearly as quiet as one of our Granites. I must be aging before my time, because I really dislike the noise. Brad
  16. That R' makes my Dad's look a lil' weak. -Brad
  17. I liked the description of the transmission. -Brad
  18. That's funny stuff. -Brad
  19. The Teamsters were "card checking" at the gate of the Quarry yesterday.-Brad
  20. Is it the one south of Morris with the huge elevated man made lake?
  21. I am currently running #35. A 95' CH with well over a million miles on it. This week I am on grain detail in Ottawa. Hopefully I will be getting back in my RD soon. I have been looking for you to turn up around Lafarge in Morris. They sure have been pounding out of there to the Ransome wind farm. -Brad
  22. We are in Morris everyday. Like it or not. - Brad
  23. That's impressive.. I hardly have time to keep up with this board, yet keep up with another one. Grandma always said idle hands and idle minds are the devils work shop. Pet peeve of mine is a fella that asks for advice when his mind is already made up. -Brad
  24. Trent, I may be interested in these tires. maybe we can work something out. -Brad
  25. Did one of you guys bid me up on that steering column I mention on here? ~Brad
