OK Fellers i know the post is lil old BUT ... Here it goes The law suit only got me around $5,000.00 (after lawyers & dr expenses & such ) the total was close to $15,000.OO & They paid off my truck The $5,000.00 went to bills & such & rent (hey my land lord liked me i paid him 3 months of rent & bought in a load of crushed limestone for the lot i & my neighbors live in then my neighbor took his 580 Super L Case & spread it) got Snap -On paid off (thank the Lord) got some other bills paid off too . As for Chirstmas I Spent Chirstmas EVE W/ Family CHIRSTmas Day w/ my family of Friends . New Years @ home Slow COOKING A Boston Butt & DRINKING A CASE OF Bud Light Lime . & New Years Day Had the Black Eye Peas , Greens (out of can lol ) & Cabbage cooking & a bottle of Peach Wine from the local winery Then the cold came in w/ a dusting of snow really slowing things down not only for the excavating but the tire hauling as well . Im waiting on Spring time now fellas Hoping this Year to have my own truck again if this economy gets better . i know where some bulldogs are but dont 1 sitting in the yard not having any work . for now ill work for my buddy in the excavating business driving his DM690S (Might as well be mine as im about the only one who drives it lol) & also drive for my buddy's who used to sell my family our truck truck tires. driving a Delivery truck for him in my spare time . Im still live & kicking fellas & on my brothers computer right now till bout March or April . If yall want or get hold of me im on FaceBook & my Cell phone # is there also i can talk to ANY cell phone i want free nights & weekends unlimited text & internet (how i get on FB Alot) im on one of my brothers plans between 4 phones (my nephew texts all the time) theres 1500 mins a month & use bout 500 a month w/ me on it . the only way it will eat min is when i talk to a land line phone . It's Sprint service . If i dont answer i may not hear it due to noise or may not recconize the ph# so leave a voice mail & i will call yall back . Later yall

im glad yall think of me round here i found out what kinda friends i had w/ where i had "olddog" I lost old dog along with a friendship of 16 yrs over my B Model come to find out my buddy sold my FOR $200.00 (w/o the tiltle) 12 days before i could get my 2nd boss's Lowboy to move it to his yard after we made room for it my brother in law told me that my former friend (who was like a lil brother until this happened ) To top if off my brother in law was the one who told me it was gone & knew where it was . come to find out 1 of cousins is married to man who towed it & was trying his best to give enough time to get the truck out but i told him after 2 weeks of slow work i just couldnt come up with the money (& he was gonna only charge me half of the full charges ) my former buddy didnt have the balls to call me or come by my house & tell me by the time i found out it was 2 weeks after the truck was gone to the storage lot & storage , tow bill & the original $200.00 @ the time work was slow & was getting by so i didnt have the money to get "olddog" out . the stroage lot was the one who told me that my former buddy signed a bill of sale w/o a title . ( i seen the paper work yall ) i told called my former buddy asked him if he signed anything he deined it told him i could press charges against him that was the last time i talked to him when he lied to me passed by where it was a coulpe weeks ago & he was gone i just hope someone gave him a good home & plans to restore him i hate to think of the other choice it brings a tear to my eye fellas . this was back in Sept 09 yall I Could had took the DM690 Or Ford powerstroke i drive for both of my boss'es & drove them up his a$$ so far all ya would see is taillights sticking out his butt when he pulled his jeans down to set down on the throne . but what hurts me the most is im like a uncle to his 3 young sons (ages 6 to 10 yrs ) & his 5 yr old daughter so i let him be maybe it was a stupid move but i was thinking about what his kids would think of me later on in life if had thier dad thrown in . how they would grow up w/o him around . I Seen him in the local Walmart last week he saw me before i seen him , looked away & ducked his head almost like in shame & the loss of a long friendship. if his kids were with him i dont think i could be as strong as i was never said a word to him . So ive decided when the economy gets a little better if i cant find a another B Model im gonna find me a R Model, West Coast R model or a SuperLiner to not only work everyday but also restore in memory of my dad , Granddad & 1 of our old drivers who passed in Sept of 09 (who was the older brother i never had he was only 48 yrs old) . thats whats been going on latly fellas sorry for the long post later yall

1st off bury the kids & parents of the kids alive just up to the point where you're head & neck meet (gaged & bound of course ) fine grade the hole around them let the summer heat bake good while running say my buddy's D 39 Komatsu Wide track (lgp ) Dozer fine grade the hole then take The PC300-6 With either the 48" OR 54" Bucket As the golf club Swing & say "Fore" then release the pitbulls & let them & the vultures eat what's left Folks I Dont play Golf But this just came into my head but this seems like a good idea. Or send them to the Amazon river just barely cut thier finger just enough where it would bleed & throw thier butt in the Amazon River w/ the Pirranna let them FINISH OFF Eithier that or Hang em from a tree in public @ high noon BUT Hanging too good for em in my book Just my opion from a po southern country boy who belives in coprol punishment justice or Veglintie justice either way I dont get mad i just get even later yall

& ya jocko those ole D8 Cat's esp w/ a pony starter sure sound good esp in a hard push that's 1 sound that will never be duplicated Herb that's hitting the nail on the head that's what pop's (granddad ) had was a TD25C I miss the sound of the ole I.H. TD25C ours had a stright pipe on it & sounded sweet in a hard push also the other reason why pop's his brother & my dad liked the I.H. TD25C WAS the track speed on each track pop & bud (1 of his brothers) claimed thats what help I.H. outpush a Cat @ the time was the hi/lo in each track (guess thats why i like a 850G Case ) & ya i rememer they had tranny problems w/ the TD25C A couple of times my self & ya 1 of my buddy's (who was pop's right hand man for 35 yrs ) i help from time to time & he has a D6R LGP W/ cab screens ,sweeps , Winch & i like operating it it is 1 sweet operating machine Ya i remeber the 310 Case ajt friend of pop's has still got one bought it new w/ the backhoe attachment it's 1 good little machine but he got a 750H Case now also & the little 750H Has spoiled me along w/ the D6R Cat Little bit more creature comforts Other :tonka ? aw now i left mine in the sand box long time ago (although i think my youngest nephew has em now ) 30 yrs later & still not destoryed yet just like the big boy toys the dont make to last like they used to Rob : We had a D5B W/ screens, sweeps & winch & straight blade w/ tilt 1 of the 1st dozer i ran i thought i was in high cotton after 1st learning a 450C Deere (didnt like the air filter right @ my feet ) as for a D21 Never operated a D21 Komatsu but have seen them seem like a good lil dozer in a tight spot smalled Komatsu ive operated was a D31 Wide track (show how old it was it had the Komatsu logo of a SIDEWAYS Divison symbol on it ) later yall

For fine grading i perfer a D4 Cat, for Pushing Scrapers i perfered the ole TD 25 I.H. although it would push a Cat it wouldnt outlast a Cat Liked the "Push Cat" D8 For longivity For Land Clearing round here a D6D & D6E LGP W/ Winch Screens & Sweeps & also help us build a Many of Lakes, ponds , & Duck Leeves The 750B & 850B J.D.
