last march when we visit mcungie there was the prototype of the new cl hood by the paintshop the man told us that next year there is coming a new cl out or a new truck that replace the cl it has a little bit the same model as the new granite hood only longer rene

hello guys 2 weeks ago i was visiting the new river valley plant in dublin whit a group of 18 people we had a complete tour allong the mack line and i can tell you that every truck thats comming off the line will be checked severall times before he is going to te transportation company how delivers it to the dealers i sow that you have a other color on your chassis thats an option basic is black i think what i see is the protection plastic off your air tanks they mount the tanks before they paint your chassis and just wat every whan says the dealer must fix that or your garage the bumper was taking off while towing the truck must fixed also before end delivery and believe me there is not whan truck that leaves the premisses thats not in good shape yours is not in the same shape how he leaved the plant i hope that you have a little idee whats going falls whit your truck its not the fault off the factory i sow how hard the people work and how dedicated the are greetings rene

yes dose pipes are for indoor pulling its regulation and not good for the engine you lose some power by the last pull we helpt jr to take the pipes off and he pulled whitout the pipes they could not end the hole show so it was pretty black insite afterworths and we had a lot of fun that was what we came for the fire and the smoke and the sound of the truck

oke guys all class 8 trucks in europe have syncromesh transmission also all other trucks this is so for years and we have almost never problems with the transmissions now you see more and more automatic transmissions the young guys dont now how to use the american transmissions only the guys how drive with the macks and other american trucks now how to handle the gearbox when you are ever on holyday you must try one and feel the differents

thanks guys we had the oppertunity to talk with jr and his mechanic and learn a bit more about the E9 engine and to give him easy more horsepower he is the real mack spirit

yesterday the 4th of march there was in rotterdam the european super pull invited was jr collins whit his buckeye bulldog he had pulled 4 times and was the top atraction we of the Dutch MACKFAN CLUB where invited to come whit 20 macks to this event this was for me the oppertunetie to make a picture of my mack with the BUCKEYE BULLDOG we wanne thank J.R. wat we heard at the factory last time when we were visiting mack was that they develept together whit volvo a new engine based on the d12 and d16 block of volvo but for every brand they have other specifications only the block was the same everything else was new and different for MACK,renault and volvo and even volvo dont make the block by there selfs it comes from a suplier. the hole plan is to reduce the developing costs. you take it or you die as a manufacterer.
