  1. Dammit! I knew I should have bought that MH off of my cousin! 440 E-9,2090,4.42's on Taperleaf,24.5's on ALL aluminum Budds.about 190" w.b. Here's where I hit myself-he sold it for $3500.00 and says I could have got it cheaper than that!
  2. Tough lookin' B's!!
  3. I like the urethane bushings & pads also.Worth the extra moolah!
  4. Ah ha! I stand corrected! They were built in Allentown (DUH!!) Would the main offices have been there in Plainfield in '57 & '58?
  5. Hey,that mixer has A/C & a stereo! D-E-L-U-X-E!! Let's go pour some foundations & slabs!.................................oh wait a minute,this not the '90's!!!!
  6. Cassens is based in Edwardsville,Il. We see them around our neck of the woods, due the Chrysler plant in Belvidere,Ill.,about 20 miles from here. They too had the CNT Dodges back in the day.
  7. Jim, the cabover I posted a picture of was an old Cassens Transport truck.Originally had a 8V-71,repowered with a NTC-350!
  8. Never seen the FM in "captivity" either. But I did find a spec sheet on the T (S/A) version at Macungie a few years ago.Enjoy!
  9. Hope he didn't "mark his territory" on the carpet!
  10. ..........Sniff,sniff..................thats where both of my dump trucks were built,Bobo.Sorry to hear that.Great trucks, too! Our MACK dealer told me many customers requested that their trucks be Oakville built! Also thanks fire4t3 for posting the Plainfield,N.J. pics. Both of my B's were built there! And thank you SnakeEater for your pics,as well.If those wall could talk, huh? Somebody keep an eye on those logos! I'm sure somebody not interested in that building's history will order it torn down!
  11. Had that passenger seat/tool box in my 2 work trucks.Loved it. The '79 version was totally closed on the right side. The '90 version was open on the right, nice change(easier to get the air hose, tools, etc. out of).Worked well when I had to carry the kids in a car seat, too! Had a bag phone in the '79 (1988!) and it sat right on the left side of the seat.Still plenty of room for an occasional passenger.
  12. An increase in value, no matter the size,is still an increase,Jim!!
  13. The installation of a Bulldog/nameplate on non-Mack products will increase their resale value
  14. Yep David, put everyone on the goverment payroll = guaranteed win at election time! What a formula, huh? Only a communist would operate that way (wanting to bankrupt the coal companies,I heard that same interview also.Still frosts me!) Sorry for going off thread...........still pissed off!!!! Oh,and thanks Vinny for the C.L. postings
  15. Looks like an old Rio Grande tractor with those colors on it.Nice!
  16. That is a nice F,but your G is a nice truck too,Mike!
  17. As a kid,I always thought I could get an F model with a 237(later the 300)/6 speed,4.17's on camelback.Haul gravel in the summer months and steel in the winter(like many O/O's did around here at that time).Never did happen that way,but still like the F models anyway!
  18. That is a cool H! I like the story behind it, too.An H-613 to boot!!!
  19. I was thinking of the old "Copper & Brass Sales" logo that had a similiar looking character on the door (in red, white & blue). My apologies,Vinny.
  20. Nice job,levrsole.Like the turbo,also!
  21. A buddy of mine just rescued a former auto-carrier-turned- grain body day cab Dodge cabover. Why? We're still trying to figure that out! ('cause he likes old trucks, thats why!)
  22. Wow, you guys really like your Bulldogs down in P.R.! Thanks for sending the pics!
  23. That logo is for a steel sales outfit.I know I've seen it before, just can't remember the actual co. name(go figure)!
