  1. My cousin had a '56 Dodge snub-nose dump.Had stuck flathead 6 in it when they got it. Our uncle put a 318 Mopar in it. Lotta fun for a couple of 16 year old kids! Thanks for posting that,Jim. Al
  2. Here is some pics of the oil cooler showing needed housing:
  3. Just seems a shame to be in a scrap yard. That dog has got a lotta life left in it,if you ask me ! Al
  4. Need the front oil cooler housing for my ENDT673 engine. It has a flange that bolts directly to the water pump and another that bolts to the housing that holds the lower part of the "S" hose on the early turbocharged Thermodynes (possibly Maxidynes too). It is made of cast aluminum and is deteriorated around the top bolt hole.PM me if you have one in good shape you'd like to sell. Thanks......Al
  5. Sorry to hear about your uncle,Josh. Any of us would do the same. Family comes first, for sure. Remember all the good times, you had with Uncle Paul. Al
  6. Good luck with the truck& welcome to BMT! Al
  7. Heil made a body similar to that called the "Tri-Taper". Al
  8. Also like the conversion! The emblems look good on there too! That looks like a C C M model ( C-Cat C-Converted to M-MACK)! Al
  9. ........The way(REAL) fleets used to look. God Bless 'Em! Al
  10. Ex-Halliburton,Al? Al
  11. Sure looks like a Page & Page. They used the same suspension on live tandems, also. Al
  12. Got the ones for the BCR from PAI. They were in a box that had been taped up. One thrust bearing was missing. They sent me one out,the next day. Hope you get a set, without remortgaging your place, there 212! Al
  13. Good find! A buddy of mine bought one like it. I picked it up both of these for him. The Bulldog alone, took up all of my 12ft. flatbed!
  14. Two friends of mine have owned that truck. The current owner is not lying about it being clean. I should have bought it when it was here, and not have to chase around half the country for it! Al
  15. Nice!
  16. Way to go, Don! As Paul says,"Well Deserved", indeed!
  17. Mike, Dick sold the truck and trailer last fall. Still lookin' good. Al
  18. Got a picture somewhere in my collection, of one sitting at the old Twin Bridges ,long before they started selling them foreign trucks. It was on the used lot. Maybe it's that one? Al

  23. Wanted to do the pick-up conversion myself back in high school(late '70's). My dad said,"why don't you just get a B-model and drive it as it is?" .So,thats where I am now......thanks dad for a suggestion I listened to! Still think some conversions are cool though! Agree with Greyhair on that one he posted! Al
  24. Had a good pic of that R model,Brian and some Celli CH's delivering powder last year and accidently deleted them from my camera, DOH! Those R's were bought brand new in '87 and weren't plated until '89. Meyer tried to get their drivers to go on percentage instead of hourly, and they refused. They had EM6-275 for power and 2070 trans and had P/S. They batch they bought before that('71's) did not have P/S.They were hoping the guys would want new trucks instead of the money, they figured wrong. Al
