  1. No,sorry Mark.Didn't get the specs off of it.Sure does look like the old 14 speed, though.Had an Air 4X4 in my KW when I got it,but 4th gear had a problem. Economics and availability forced me to replace it with a newly rebuilt RTO-12513.Stilll have the Spicer in storage.Rebuilt the shift knob(leaked a lot-thought it was the problem). It shifted great until 4th.......UUUGHHH! Al
  2. The older IH there is an M-623.That is what the Paystar replaced in '72. That DM 800 needs 4 HOOD LATCHES to keep that all that BULLDOG POWER IN!!

  6. No sir.The Chassis Mounted Charge Air Cooling is a cooler mounted in front of the radiator to do the same job that the tip turbine set up did, with less moving parts and no COOL sound (RATS!!!).Tip-turbine 300's & 300+'s,had to be some of the best sounding engines out there.(Next to the V-8's,of course)
  7. No real good way as I-94 is under destruction especially into Wisconsin.Once you get up to Milwaukee (still on I-94) you will need to get on I-43N which will take you up to the Manitowac exits.Or get on I-39 and take that north just into Wisconsin and jump on I-43 there.Less B.S. on that route to me.
  8. I've got that issue and I believe it was the old Dallas Factory Branch in the cover picture,Ken.

  17. I see LKQ is buying up a bunch of salvage yards nationwide.A buddy of mine bought a used transmission for his 6.5L GMC pickup. They delivered it and gave him a warranty for a real decent price.Maybe they're making enough on there import business to give us folks here a break?
  18. With all the trucks in the background, some would think Mike is already at Mt. Pleasant. However, that picture was taken at his place! (Where there is a truck show going on 365 days a year!
