  1. 2 strokes are for garden tools? Hmm it seems with that old logo its a contradiction that or they were trying to push a 3-53 powered tiller ( which would be bad ass)
  2. Pulling an early APL container too.
  3. Wow, rare trucks the wheels look ruined and those front ones are unobtainium. I had em on my 93 CH one of the dogs was missing and nobody had em or knew where to call.
  4. Awesome thanks, I'm gonna try to drop my blank off Monday.
  5. That dark red daycab with the dump trailer is very nice but I detect some bad hood isolators look under the windshield the hood is riding low, both mine were the same way when I got em.
  6. Does anybody have a truck with a custom built for....... dash plaque? I would appreciate a pic of one completed by Mack so I can have mine engraved with the right style of script. Thanks. Oh mine is the flat aluminum one not the newer style.
  7. How bout "trailor" see it all the time makes me wonder if these people actually have a heart beat.
  8. Do they even teach reverse at " truck driving school" anymore? I've seen things that make me wonder if some even have em back up for the test let alone practice. I had to learn how to back up haulin a 36' equipment trailer behind a tandem axle dump, oh yeah it was an 84 Brigadier about 38 turns lock to lock. My first OTR gig was Howard Baer out of Nashville and haulin milk to grocery stores built for a straight truck with a 53' reefer and a long hood KW or Freightliner Classic makes you learn quick. Then back to tri axle dumps and little spaces, then the lowboy and having to get a hood and a detach into construction sites that aren't really conducive to maneuvering long vehicles. Sometimes necessity is a great teacher, that and not wanting to look like a fool!
  9. Government liquidators website had a ton of 6V53's on there not long ago, I pondered a pickup truck swap for a little while and missed the end of the auction. I'm watching for another suitable swap engine ( possibly a 6V53/ 4-53/ maybe even a Mack E5).
  10. Most folks I talk to don't know any better. I've seen one around here with two right hand mirrors, he told me they were all the same they don't make different sides! I almost had an infarction!
  11. There ya go, good info someone has probably already given me and now I can add your comments to the list of things I can't remember past 24hrs. Lol!
  12. Wonder where those 1 off RWL762/768 trucks went, be nice to find in a field cheap.
  13. So if I read that right there were 989 RW 613's in 85, hmmm my s/n is 1255. I never can remember which is which so what do the numbers mean? Come on Superdog tell me again.

  15. Interesting to say the least looks like a Tri drive off road only truck with a mechanical tailgate.
  16. I am how many per engine porfavor? Especially the E9, KT trucks. Thanks, Ryan
  17. I took a pic with my fenders and a 6' deck plate sitting on the dog just to see what I'm getting into thought id share. I think I'll go back with a longer ( more of a drop) fender in stainless hopefully beaded like those.
  18. I think its time to trade that KW for a Pinnacle set forward, or an old U model anything but the truck with the invisible bullseye.
  19. Me and Staxx just had a pretty long conversation about that rule, I think it will drive a lot of folks off.
  20. Before I forget I should clarify, Rob the second from right in the pic has a 73 W900a ext. Hood with a 1693 CAT and double over 8LL. He will get all touchy if he sees W900 next to his name he's hardcore old school truckin.
  21. Yep the B was on low air leaf with some super singles. I cruised the parking lots on my way out Ithink there are better trucks out there than In the show most years. I know there were a few sharp KW's, an old Freightliner and a black 359 out there that were nice.
  22. Superdog I would bet on a54" it was bigger than my buddy's 48" but seemed short for a 60" to me too.
  23. Mike Ryan says no smoke, pretty much makes a $5000 mechanical truck disqualified. Better find a super freakin cheap ETECH.
  24. Tough to tell from that pic but the wrecker appears to have the tank steps from a Western RS or RL not RW, might have been a Hayward R model not a Superliner, which would actually be even more of a shame to see rusting in the woods.
